Leaders rarely lose their way all at once.

More often, drift happens slowly through small compromises, unchecked isolation, misplaced identity, and the quiet loss of clarity about what matters most.

This month in Kingdom Advisors Study Groups, Peter Greer leads a timely conversation on “How Leaders Lose Their Way” and what it takes to pursue long-term faithfulness in life, leadership, and work.

Together, financial professionals will reflect on:
• Why drift is so easy to miss
• How identity shapes leadership
• Why trusted relationships matter
• What it looks like to realign daily decisions with a life well lived

You’re invited to join a Study Group this month for a conversation that goes beyond professional success and into the heart of faithful leadership.

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.” — Colossians 3:23

AI is changing the way we work, but it is also revealing something deeper about us. As more of the technical work is handled for us, the focus shifts from what we can produce to who we are becoming. Tools like this don’t just increase output—they amplify what is already present in our hearts.

If we bring wisdom, integrity, and care into our work, those qualities grow. If we lean on shortcuts or avoid deeper formation, those patterns grow as well. In that way, this moment becomes less about technology and more about character.

For those who follow Christ, this is a reminder that our work has always been about more than results. It is about stewardship. It is about faithfulness in how we serve others. As the technical side of our work becomes more efficient, the human side becomes more important—discernment, trust, and the ability to guide others through decisions that shape their lives.

This is an invitation to lean in, not pull back. To grow in wisdom. To be present with people. To bring clarity and conviction into every conversation. The tools may change, but the calling remains the same.

P R A Y E R
Lord, help me to be faithful in my work, not just in what I produce but in who I am becoming. Give me wisdom and discernment as I navigate new tools and changing demands. Shape my character so that I reflect integrity, care, and trust in every interaction. Help me to serve others well and to honor You in all that I do.

Please join us in celebrating the financial professionals who earned the Certified Kingdom Advisor® (CKA®) designation in April.

You’ve chosen to pursue something more—to bring biblical wisdom into financial conversations and to serve clients with clarity, integrity, and purpose.

In doing so, you are helping move forward a greater vision: to transform the world by leading the Christian financial industry delivering biblical financial advice.

Through your work, that vision becomes real in the lives of the individuals and families you serve every day.

Congratulations, CKA® designees! This is just the beginning.

How satisfied are you in what you do?

The CKA® designation is not just a credential, but a fundamental shift in how a financial professional views their vocation.

For CKA®s, financial advising has moved from a transaction-based business to a calling. Over two-thirds shifted their primary metric from AUM and revenue to faith and eternal significance after receiving their designation.

This shift leads to unparalleled professional satisfaction: 80% of CKA®s see their work as “very aligned” with their life’s purpose. Similarly, 72% of CKA®s feel “very fulfilled” in their work.

What sets the Certified Kingdom Advisor® (CKA®) designation apart?

It goes beyond financial knowledge. It shapes how financial professionals see their role.

CKA®s learn how to bring biblical wisdom into real financial conversations—helping clients align their financial decisions with their values and calling.

For many professionals like Chad, the impact is personal as well as professional.

Money can do a lot. But it can’t follow your clients beyond this life.

In a recent episode of Faith & Finance with Rob West, Dr. Russell James III walks through a simple truth from 1 Timothy 6: wealth is temporary. Every dollar we manage will eventually leave our hands—the only question is how.

That shift in thinking changes the conversation. Instead of “How do I keep this?” It becomes “How do I steward this well while I have it?”

This is a helpful framework not just for you, but for the clients you serve—especially those thinking about legacy, generosity, and long-term purpose.

If you’re looking for a clear, biblical way to guide those conversations, this is a great episode to listen to—and share.

AI is changing how work gets done, but it’s also raising a deeper question: what part of your role can never be replaced?

That’s the conversation in this month’s Kingdom Advisors Study Groups, around a Redeeming Money panel discussion led by Jeff Haanen.

As AI continues to take on more technical tasks like analysis, projections, and optimization, it’s becoming clear that your value isn’t just in information. It’s found in what AI can’t replicate—wisdom, discernment, trust, and the ability to walk with clients through meaningful decisions about life and purpose.

AI may handle the technical, but it will also reveal what matters most in your work.
Study Groups are where financial professionals come together to process conversations like this, grounded in Scripture and shaped by real-world experience. It’s a space to think clearly, ask better questions, and grow alongside others who are navigating the same tension between faith and work.

Groups are free, they’re happening this month, and you’re invited.

Find a group near you or join online and be part of the conversation.

“I completed the CFP®… but something was still missing.”

Many financial professionals master the technical side of the profession.

🏅 Designations.
✍️ Planning strategies.
📈 Market expertise.

In an anonymous survey, one CKA® designee shared that after becoming a CFP®, he began asking deeper questions.

→ How does faith shape financial advice?
→ How do conversations about money lead to conversations about stewardship?

The CKA® program helped him explore his “why” behind financial guidance and how biblical wisdom shapes decisions about wealth.

For him, the journey changed how he views his role: Not just helping clients build wealth but helping them steward it well.

✅ Financial professionals who clearly define what makes them unique build stronger client relationships.

At our upcoming digital event, Kitces will share:

• The biggest shift happening in financial advice today
• Why differentiation has become harder for financial professionals
• What the data reveals about those who commit to a clear niche

We’ll explore how faith and values alignment can be your clear distinctive and help you stand out.
