Yesterday was , and I’ve been reflecting on something very close to my heart.

Eight years ago, I started 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 with a simple belief: if a community came together with enough heart, we could help families facing the unimaginable.

Last year alone, together we raised $170,000, helping families whose children are battling cancer and going through transplants. That support provided warm meals when parents hadn’t eaten all day, gas cards so they could stay by their child’s bedside, and groceries that brought comfort during long hospital stays.

What started as one idea has grown into something so much bigger — a community showing up for families when they need it most.

As we prepare for 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 #8 on March 21, 2026, I’m sharing something personal: 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁. After seven incredible years of impact, I’m so proud of the mark we’ve left together.

And on a day celebrating women, I’m proud to say 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 — 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

We’re thrilled to share that our founder, Tina Patel, will be joining Lex Stolle on 95.5 FM on November 30th at 12:30 PM for a special interview about our mission to support children fighting cancer.

This marks our 8th year of making a difference, and we’re so proud of how far we’ve come — thanks to our community’s continued love and support.

Lex isn’t just an incredible radio host — He’s also an Aflac cancer survivor who truly understands the journey these brave kids face. Together, he and Tina will be sharing stories of hope and discussing how you can help bring comfort and care to childhood cancer patients.
