Radical Mentoring for Women

Radical Mentoring for Women For churches that want to create safe spaces for women to bring life’s deepest questions.

We’ll give you a plan to create mentoring environments where women can foster authentic relationships with each other and with Jesus. For individual mentors who want to be purposeful with your life experience. We’ll give you a plan to use your story and your life experience to help younger women go deeper in their relationship with Jesus.

You don't need a theology degree to be a mentor. You just need a willing heart and a story to share. Younger women aren't looking for a perfect teacher—they’re looking for a woman who has walked through the fire and can show them that God is still faithful.

What we inherit from the women before us often shapes more than we realize.

Patterns often travel quietly through families.

Ways of responding to challenges, habits we learned growing up, and even the way we pursue faith can shape what the next generation comes to know as normal. Sometimes those patterns are life-giving. Other times they make us pause and ask if the story could be different.

The good news is that one woman’s decision to pursue growth can begin to influence far more than her own life.

In our latest blog, we reflect on the generational impact of women investing in women and how mentoring can help shape families, communities, and faith legacies for years to come.

So much of mentoring happens beneath the surface.
The conversations.
The prayers.
The small moments that feel ordinary.

But God is at work in every one of them.
You are not responsible for the outcome.
You are invited into faithfulness. 🌸💛

Where have you seen quiet growth in your mentoring journey?

Some mentoring groups slowly fade after the year ends. Others are still gathering years later. 💛

In one of our last Mentor Huddles, we talked about why that happens.

Often, it comes down to shared ownership. When mentors intentionally point women toward one another and create space for mutual investment, something deeper forms. Not just a completed program, but lasting community. 🌿

The goal isn’t simply to finish the year. It’s to build relationships that continue to grow.

Mentors, has your group stayed connected beyond the formal year?

Healthy growth begins with strong roots. 📖✨

In Radical Mentoring for Women, everything flows from Scripture.

Each month, women memorize truth, reflect on it together, and allow it to shape their conversations and assignments. It is not just something we read. It becomes something we live.

This journey is about formation.
It is about depth.
It is about letting God’s Word transform us from the inside out.

When women gather around Scripture, lives are changed.

How has God’s Word anchored you in this season? 💛

Motherhood isn’t always biological.

Some of the most meaningful impact happens when a woman chooses to walk alongside another—
to listen, to pray, to encourage, and to point her back to Jesus.

This is spiritual motherhood.

And there are women who need it.

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to feel ready.
You just have to be willing.

Who could you begin walking with? 🌿

Healthy mentors do more than guide individuals. They shape conversations, relationships, and the culture of a church.

When mentors grow in spiritual and emotional maturity, trust deepens and growth becomes sustainable. Over time, that health begins to influence an entire community.

Healthy mentors help create healthy churches because a church’s health begins with its leaders.

Read the full blog to explore why investing in mentor health matters more than we think. And if you’re considering launching mentoring or strengthening what you already have, create your account on our website and begin building a healthier mentoring culture. 💛

What are the conversations women need most right now?

About a month ago, we gathered with our women’s advisory group to reflect on the mentoring topics we’re already using and explore what might be missing. 💛

Together we discussed themes like identity in Christ, community, rest, purpose, forgiveness, anxiety, singleness, marriage, and parenting. We also considered potential new topics that could help address the real challenges women are facing today.

These conversations are helping refine and strengthen the mentoring tracks and resources we offer through Radical Mentoring for Women.

We’re grateful for the wisdom these women bring to the table and excited for what God continues to build through this ministry. ✨

What does a thriving mentoring culture actually look like? ✨

Back in February, we hosted a Radical Mentoring Church Partner Call with church leaders from across the country, including both men and women building mentoring ministries in their churches.

During the call, Richard Mosqueda (Spiritual Formation Team Lead at Northeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY) shared the top things their church has loved about implementing Radical Mentoring over the past six years.

From commissioning nights and alumni gatherings to prayer journals, ministry plans, and practical ways to stay connected with every group, these rhythms have helped mentoring take root and grow in a meaningful way. 🌿

Swipe through to see the full list, plus a bonus practice they use to launch groups each year.

If your church is ready to build a mentoring pathway that strengthens discipleship and develops leaders, we’d love to help you take the next step. 💛
