We’ll give you a plan to create mentoring environments where women can foster authentic relationships with each other and with Jesus. For individual mentors who want to be purposeful with your life experience. We’ll give you a plan to use your story and your life experience to help younger women go deeper in their relationship with Jesus.

But it doesn’t stop there.

As women grow in their faith and experience what it looks like to be intentionally invested in, they become better equipped to invest in others. They serve, lead, mentor, disciple, and walk alongside the women God has placed in their lives.

That’s how mentoring can begin shaping the discipleship culture of an entire church.

What kind of mentoring would feel most helpful in the season of life you’re in right now? 💭

That question shaped so much of our conversation at this month’s Women’s Advisory meeting. 🤍 We took a closer look at our mentoring tracks and asked how they can better reflect the real needs of women in different seasons of life.

New moms. 🌿 Working moms. Newlyweds. 💍 Single women. Women leading in the workplace and church. We talked about how mentoring can feel more relevant to where a woman is while still grounding every journey in identity in Christ, authentic community, spiritual growth, and purpose. ✨

We left with plenty of ideas, plenty to keep working through, and so much gratitude for the women willing to bring their experience and wisdom to the table. 💕

We’re excited to keep building Radical Mentoring for Women with women, for women!
