They won an award at the DECA state competition for their work with their Kids Boost project. They won 2nd place in the Impact Campaign.

It’s hard to believe this was 10 years ago! We are forever grateful for for allowing our Kids Boosters the opportunity to share their projects and goals.

We hope the crew had another amazing trip!

Last night, my family went out for ice cream for dinner to celebrate a big occasion. The ice cream was to celebrate kindness and generosity and what can happen with continued hope and hard work.

I got up to the counter to pay and found the card pictured in this post. It made my day! Such a simple and fun act of love designed by a child but with such impact. I can only imagine how many people left with a smile after finding it.

So take this as your reminder to encourage the simple acts of kindness with your kids… and have ice cream for dinner from time to time! 😀

This morning we were able to celebrate with the Forsyth Central DECA club. They hosted a drive in movie to raise money to help more students have the opportunity to participate in DECA. They turned $100 into $1654!

Great job team! We are so proud of you for making a positive impact!

Random Act of Kindness Idea ❤️

While so many kids are stuck at home on snow days, why not take the opportunity to spread some smiles? You could bake cookies for a neighbor or make cards for the emergency workers in your community. Get creative, have fun and spread love!

Please join us in congratulating Susie on a job well done!
Over the holidays, this amazing 8-year-old turned $100 into $519 to help individuals and families facing homelessness. Susie enjoyed learning more about Decatur Cooperative-Ministry today and seeing how the funds she worked hard to raise will directly help others in her community.
