Founded in 2009 as a club of Georgia Tech students interested in solar technology, Georgia Tech Solar Racing has developed into a competitive engineering team dedicated to designing, building, and racing solar powered vehicles. We compete in international competitions against professional and university teams racing cutting edge, fully solar-powered racecars to push the limits of vehicle endurance

and technology. Our team has just emerged on the global stage, distinguished by our focus on developing industry ready student leaders. We take pride in the full engineering process from drafting early designs to rolling a world-class car onto the track.
