Move In Day at Georgia Tech is better with popsicles! We had a great time on campus inviting students to church and Collegians for Christ. We even met a family that had already looked up our church online and recognized us! Please pray for many students who are coming back in to town this weekend.

Thank you to everyone who came out for the final Atlanta World Cup game, the semifinal match between England and Argentina! We rejoice that our City family was able to labor in each and every match alongside over 150 gospel workers from 17 churches from 6 different states.

We look forward to THAT day when we stand before the Lord to see what all He did in these days. It was a joy to host the world just a mile and a half from God’s Acre in Atlanta, and we just want to thank the Lord for this opportunity!

Atlanta hosted Argentina v. Egypt yesterday and the atmosphere was exciting! Thank you to the many churches that came to evangelize yesterday. Over 10,000 gospel pieces went out! Our last match will be the semifinal game held on Wednesday, July 15. Orientation and prayer will be at 11a!

Not many nations today get an opportunity to thank the Lord for 250 years of a continuous sovereign nation, and we would be remiss if we did not take the opportunity to mark this weekend with bowed heads and hearts of deep gratitude.

The Lord, in His great grace and mercy, has brought our nation through many dangers, toils, and snares and kept us all these many years. We have prosperity and freedom that many people only dream about. What a travesty if we squandered it on ourselves! We must use our resources and freedoms to show the true source of our nation’s strength, keeping, and blessing—the Almighty God of heaven and earth.

Thank you, Lord, for 250 years! Happy Independence Day, America! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
