As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit veterinary clinic, our mission is simple: help as many animals as possible while keeping veterinary care affordable and accessible for our community.
In order to do that, we must operate on a very lean, skeleton crew. Because of this, our primary focus is providing acute and urgent medical care rather than long-term management of highly complex or chronic conditions. This allows us to stretch our resources further and save more lives.
We also want to acknowledge something important: there may be times when our communication feels brief, rushed, or less personal than you deserve. Please know this is NEVER due to a lack of compassion. Every member of our team cares deeply about the animals and families we serve.
However, on many days we are simultaneously treating a very high volume of patients, including multiple emergencies and critical cases at once. In those moments, our doctors and staff must prioritize direct patient care and life-saving treatment above all else.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and kindness as we work tirelessly to help as many animals as possible with the resources we have. Your support allows us to continue this mission every single day. ❤️🐾
