Whether you’re a serious runner, a casual walker, or just looking for a fun family morning, there’s a course for everyone! Choose the 5K or our 1-mile course and come out to enjoy a great morning with family and friends.

• $35 Early Bird through October 4
• $45 October 5 through race day
• $15 Youth (14 & under)
• $25 Ages 15–22

Come dressed to have some fun! We’ll be awarding prizes for the best group/family-themed costumes and the best individual youth and adult costumes. And we have more fun planned, so stay tuned as race day gets closer!

Remembering Rick today on his 58th birthday! Birthday cake is great, but he loved a good key lime pie.

He is missed dearly everyday, but through the foundation, we keep his memory and legacy of thoughtful leadership and mentorship alive. Cheers to Rick and all the good he created.

Five years ago today, we lost Rick- a husband, father, friend, leader, mentor, son, brother and someone who made a lasting impact on so many lives. While the loss is still deeply felt, Rick’s legacy continues through the work of RTB Fair Winds and the incredible community that continues to show up in his memory.

Because of your support, we have:
• Awarded academic scholarships to young leaders at Apopka High School
• Provided summer camp opportunities for children experiencing traumatic loss
• Collected hundreds of pints of life-saving blood in Rick’s memory
• Reached our $50,000 endowment goal with The Citadel Foundation, creating engineering scholarships in perpetuity in Rick’s name

Over the years, we’ve walked, run, laughed, volunteered, donated, and honored Rick in countless meaningful ways. Thank you for continuing to support our mission and helping us do good in Rick’s memory.

We hope today brings you a fond memory of Rick and a reminder of the positive impact one life can have on so many others.

Merry Christmas and THANK YOU! We have reached our endowment goal of $50,00!

Many answered the challenge to help push us over our goal finish line with the help of a matching donor. Between 8am yesterday to 8am this morning, we received $4,450!!!

Our hearts are full and grateful. We are so excited to be able to offer a scholarship in Rick’s memory forever through The Citadel Foundation to a deserving Citadel student.
