The Folk School is hiring a Community Engagement Coordinator!

This position is a holistic, community relations and communications role that encompasses digital, print, and in-person communications; event coordination; volunteer engagement; and development. The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for developing strong relationships across The Folk School community and beyond as well as creating clear and impactful communications that strengthen and illuminate the mission and vision of The Folk School.

We are working on some new felting classes! I’m loving this cute little grumpy frog at the moment with Mochi for scale. Posable fairy’s, gnomes riding a snail, and mushroom wallhangings with Luna moths are on my list for needle felting projects. Wet felted butterfly nuno shawls and leaf bags are on my list as well.
