After more than two decades of extraordinary leadership, our founding Executive Director Beth Nordlund will retire on March 31, 2027.

We’re pleased to share that Michelle LeBeau will become APF’s next Executive Director on April 1, 2027.

Together, Beth and Michelle are working through a thoughtful transition that honors APF’s history while preparing the organization for its next chapter.
