💛 Recovery has a way of creating some pretty meaningful connections.

Full House stars Jodie Sweetin and John Stamos spent years playing family on TV — but off screen, they found another bond: their journeys in recovery.

Sweetin recently shared how the two have connected through sobriety, supporting one another and celebrating the growth that comes with recovery.

We love seeing stories like this in the spotlight because they remind us of something we believe deeply:
✨ Connection matters.
✨ Support matters.
✨ Recovery is something worth celebrating.

Whether it’s a longtime friend, a family member, a peer, or a whole community standing beside you, having people who understand and encourage the journey can make a difference.

Here’s to the people who help us keep moving forward. 💛

🫱🏽‍🫲🏾 Friendship can make a powerful difference in recovery.

If someone in your life is working toward recovery, your support matters more than you may realize.

Here are a few ways to help:
🧡 Listen without judgment
🧡 Respect their choices and boundaries
🧡 Plan activities that don't center around alcohol
🧡 Celebrate progress, big and small
🧡 Keep showing up, even when things get difficult

Recovery isn't something people have to face alone. Strong friendships and supportive communities help create lasting change.

Tag a friend who has been a positive support in your life.
