Today, we're handing over our petition to ANZ, calling on the bank to withdraw banking services from fossil fuel expansion companies like Bathurst Resources, who plans to turn the Denniston Plateau into a massive coal pit.

A major new report has just been released, and it's putting ANZ's fossil fuel financing under the microscope.

The Banking on Climate Chaos report tracks the world's biggest fossil fuel financiers and highlights the gap between climate promises and real-world financing.

Here in Aotearoa, ANZ continues to provide banking services to companies pursuing coal expansion, including Bathurst Resources.

At noon today (11 June) at ANZ's, North Lampton Quay Branch ,we're handing over our petition calling on ANZ to cut ties with coal expansion companies.
