We talk a lot about finding your people. We don't talk as much about what gets in the way of actually letting them in.
Here are three things wฤhine who've worked with us often say they wish they'd known before they started. (We've woven their stories into one voice.)

You don't have to be "in therapy" to do real work. Our groups, workshops and programmes are grounded, embodied and trauma-informed, but they don't ask for a clinical commitment. You can come along, learn something true about yourself, and take it at your own pace.

The people supporting you actually talk to each other. Because we work on referral, your practitioners stay in touch and shape your care together with consent. If support has felt scattered or disconnected in the past, this can feel really different.

There's something about being in a room where no one is performing wellness. It's hard to picture until you're there. A lot of women arrive expecting to sit and take in information. What they leave with is a shift they felt in the group, something they'd never quite reached in one-to-one sessions.
If any of this sounds familiar, the way in is gentler than you might think. ๐ฟ
