អង្គការប្រតិបត្តិការកុមារកម្ពុជា (OEC) ក្រោមគម្រោង «ការលើកកម្ពស់ការធ្វើចំណាកស្រុកដោយសុវត្ថិភាពសម្រាប់ពលករកម្ពុជានៅសហគមន៍ជនបទ» បានរៀបចំវគ្គផ្សព្វផ្សាយស្ដីពី «កិច្ចការពារកុមារ» នាថ្ងៃទី 21-សីហា-2026 នៅភូមិសាន ឃុំក្ដុលតាហែន ស្រុកបវេល ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន 23 នាក់ (ស្រី 18 នាក់)។

វគ្គផ្សព្វផ្សាយនេះមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីសិទ្ធិកុមារ និងការការពារកុមារពីអំពើហិង្សា ការរំលោភបំពាន និងហានិភ័យផ្សេងៗ ព្រមទាំងជំរុញការចូលរួមរបស់ឪពុកម្តាយ និងសហគមន៍ក្នុងការការពារកុមារ។

ជាលទ្ធផល អ្នកចូលរួមទទួលបានការយល់ដឹងកាន់តែច្បាស់ អំពីសិទ្ធិកុមារ ការសម្គាល់ហានិភ័យ វិធានការបង្ការ និងតួនាទីរបស់សហគមន៍ក្នុងការធានាសុវត្ថិភាពកុមារ។

Operations Enfants of Cambodia (OEC), under the project “Promoting Safe Migration for Cambodian Workers in Rural Communities,” organized an awareness session on “Child Protection” in San Village, Kdol Ta Haen Commune, Bavel District, on 21-Aug-2026, with a total of 23 participants, including 18 women.

The purpose was to raise awareness of children’s rights and protection from violence, abuse, and other risks, while encouraging parents and the community to play an active role in protecting children.

Through this session, participants gained a better understanding of children’s rights, risk identification, prevention measures, and the role of the community in ensuring children’s safety.

Together, let’s protect children for a safer community and a better future!

អង្គការប្រតិបត្តិការកុមារកម្ពុជា (OEC) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយគម្រោង «យុវជនដឹកនាំការកសាងបរិយាកាសអនឡាញប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព» នៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីមូលនិធិ Schmitz-Stiftungen នៃប្រទេសអាល្លឺម៉ង់ នៅបន្ទប់ប្រជុំត្រូពិកកាហ្វេ ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង។ ក្នុងវគ្គផ្សព្វផ្សាយនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី អភិបាលរងស្រុក ប្រធាន គ.ក.ស.ក. ស្រុកសង្កែ និងស្រុកឯកភ្នំ ប្រធាន និងតំណាង ការិយាល័យអប់រំស្រុក គ.ក.ន.ក. ឃុំរការ ឃុំកំពង់ព្រះ ឃុំកំពង់ព្រៀង និងឃុំព្រែកនរិន្ទ ព្រមទាំងលោក/លោកស្រីនាយក នាយិការង សាលាគោលដៅទាំង១០ សរុបចំនួន ២៨នាក់ (ស្រី ១៩នាក់)។

ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីគម្រោង និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរ និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
ក្នុងពេលជាមួយគ្នាដែរ សិក្ខាកាមបានបង្ហាញពីអារម្មណ៍ពេញចិត្តដែលគម្រោងនេះត្រូវបានអនុវត្តនៅក្នុងមូលដ្ឋានរបស់ពួកគេ និងបង្ហាញពីជំហរសហការយ៉ាងសកម្ម។

អង្គការប្រតិបត្តិការកុមារកម្ពុជា (OEC) សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះអាជ្ញាធរ ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ និងអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចូលរួម និងគាំទ្រដល់ការអនុវត្តគម្រោងនេះ។

Operations Enfants of Cambodia (OEC) organized a project launching workshop for the project “Young Leadership for Online Safety and Child Protection” on 19-08-2026, with support from the Schmitz-Stiftungen Foundation of Germany. The workshop was held at the Tropique Café Meeting Room in Battambang Province.

The launch workshop was attended by Deputy District Governors, Heads of the DCWC, head and representatives from the District of Education of Sangkae and Ek Phnom districts, CCWC from Roka, Kampong Preah, Kampong Prieng, and Prek Norint communes, as well as principals and vice-principals of 10 target schools. A total of 28 participants, including 19 female participants, attended the workshop.

The purpose of the workshop was to disseminate information about the project and strengthen cooperation with local authorities and relevant stakeholders.
During the workshop, participants expressed their appreciation that the project is being implemented in their local communities and demonstrated their strong commitment and cooperation.

Operations Enfants of Cambodia (OEC) supported district department of planning meetings to update social service mapping in Ek Phnom, Maung Russei, Thma Koul, and Sangkae districts in Battambang province on August 11, 12, 14, and 17, 2026, Under project “Promoting Preschool and School Education for Children and Youth and Preventing Child Abuse in Battambang Province”. A total of 117 people attended (67 women), including 1 indigenous woman.

These meetings aimed to make sure updating of social services mapping smoothly, fairly, and openly. Participants mapped out households, local resources, and services, and identified poor and vulnerable families so that everyone involved can work together to help those in need.

នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការប្រតិបត្តិការកុមារកម្ពុជា (OEC) ក្រោមគម្រោង «ការអប់រំគ្មានដែនកំណត់» បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី «ការចិញ្ចឹមកូនបែបវិជ្ជមាន» នៅភូមិចាំស្រី (គីឡូ១១) ឃុំកំពង់សីលា ស្រុកកំពង់សីលា ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួម ៣០នាក់ ក្នុងនោះស្ត្រី ២៦នាក់។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹង និងសមត្ថភាពរបស់ឪពុកម្តាយ អាណាព្យាបាល និងអ្នកថែទាំកុមារ អំពី ការចិញ្ចឹមកូនតាមបែបវិជ្ជមាន ការគោរពសិទ្ធិកុមារ ការយល់ចិត្ត និងការទំនាក់ទំនងវិជ្ជមាន ព្រមទាំងការលើកទឹកចិត្ត និងគាំទ្រកុមារក្នុងការសិក្សា។

On 12 August 2026, Operations Enfants of Cambodia (OEC), under the “School Without Walls” Project, conducted a training session on “Positive Parenting” in Cham Srei Village (Kilo 11), Kampong Seila Commune, Kampong Seila District, Preah Sihanouk Province. The training was attended by 30 participants, including 26 women.

The training aimed to strengthen the knowledge and capacity of parents, caregivers on positive parenting, child rights, empathy, positive communication, stress management and encouraging and supporting children in their education.

Through the training, participants gained practical knowledge and skills to apply positive parenting approaches and create a safe, respectful, and supportive family environment that promotes children’s well-being, development, and learning.

នៅថ្ងៃទី ០៨ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការប្រតិបត្តិការកុមារកម្ពុជា (OEC) ក្រោមគម្រោង «ការអប់រំគ្មានដែនកំណត់» (School Without Walls 2) បានរៀបចំសកម្មភាព បណ្ណាល័យចល័តតាមសហគមន៍ នៅភូមិក្រាំងអាត់ និងភូមិវាល ឃុំកំពង់សីលា ស្រុកកំពង់សីលា ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ។

On 8 August 2026, Operations Enfants of Cambodia (OEC), through the School Without Walls 2 project, organized a Mobile Community Library activity in Krang At and Veal Villages, Kampong Seila Commune, Kampong Seila District, Preah Sihanouk Province.

A total of 39 children, including 21 girls, participated in the activity. Children had the opportunity to read and borrow a variety of books, including storybooks, picture books, preschool learning materials, and Grade 1 and Grade 2 educational books. They also learned about children’s rights and other important educational topics.

The activity aimed to promote a culture of reading, strengthen children’s literacy and learning skills, reduce the risk of school dropout, and increase children’s awareness of their rights—particularly among children living in poor and remote communities.

លោក សេង គឹមសួរ នាយកប្រតិបត្តិនៃអង្គការប្រតិបត្តិការកុមារកម្ពុជា (OEC) និងជាទីប្រឹក្សារបស់ក្រុមការងារលុបបំបាត់អំពើហិង្សាលើកុមារខេត្តសៀមរាប បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាគណៈអធិបតីក្នុង សិក្ខាសាលាពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពស្តីពី "នីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិកិច្ចការពារកុមារ" ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី ០៨ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ ខេមរា ខេត្តសៀមរាប។

Mr. Seng Kimsour, Executive Director of Operations Enfants of Cambodia (OEC) and Advisor of Violence Against Children Working Group (VAC), had the honor of serving as a guest speaker at the Capacity-Building Workshop on the Child Protection Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), held on 8 August 2026 at Khemara Hotel, Siem Reap Province.

The workshop brought together 27 representatives from relevant government institutions and partner organizations to strengthen their knowledge and practical capacity in implementing Child Protection SOPs.

The training aimed to enhance coordinated efforts in preventing, identifying, referring, and responding to child protection cases effectively, while ensuring that the best interests of every child remain at the center of all interventions.
