នៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការប្រតិបត្តិការកុមារកម្ពុជា (OEC) តាមរយៈគម្រោង «ការលើកកម្ពស់ការធ្វើចំណាកស្រុកប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាពសម្រាប់ពលករកម្ពុជានៅតាមសហគមន៍ជនបទ» បានសហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរឃុំក្តុលតាហែន រៀបចំកម្មវិធីចែកសម្ភារៈសិក្សា និងឯកសណ្ឋានសិស្សជូនកុមារគោលដៅចំនួន ១២០ នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានកុមារីចំនួន ៥៦ នាក់ នៅភូមិក្តុលក្រោម។ កម្មវិធីនេះមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងការិយាល័យអប់រំស្រុក សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាឃុំ មេភូមិ មាតាបិតា និងកុមារគោលដៅ។

សកម្មភាពនេះមានគោលបំណងគាំទ្រដល់កុមារដែលងាយរងគ្រោះ កាត់បន្ថយឧបសគ្គក្នុងការទទួលបានការអប់រំ និងលើកកម្ពស់សមភាពក្នុងបរិយាកាសសិក្សា។ សម្ភារៈដែលបានផ្តល់ជូនរួមមាន សៀវភៅ ប៊ិច ខ្មៅដៃ ខ្មៅដៃពណ៌ បន្ទាត់ ជ័រលុប កាបូបដាក់ប៊ិច និងឯកសណ្ឋានសិស្ស ដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់ការសិក្សា និងកាត់បន្ថយបន្ទុកចំណាយរបស់គ្រួសារ។

ក្រោយពីទទួលបានសម្ភារៈសិក្សា និងឯកសណ្ឋានសិស្ស កុមារម្នាក់បានបង្ហាញក្តីរីករាយ និងថ្លែងអំណរគុណថា៖ «អរគុណ OEC និងម្ចាស់ជំនួយ។ នៅពេលខ្ញុំចូលរៀន ឪពុកម្តាយខ្ញុំមិនចាំបាច់ពិបាកចិត្តរកលុយទិញសម្ភារៈសិក្សាឱ្យខ្ញុំទៀតទេ! ខ្ញុំនឹងយកសម្ភារៈសិក្សាបានពី OEC នេះទៅប្រើនាពេលចូលរៀនខាងមុខ ហើយនឹងសន្យាថាខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរៀនសូត្រឱ្យបានល្អ។»

On 23 October 2026, the Operations Enfants of Cambodia (OEC), through its Promoting Safe Migration for Cambodian Workers in Rural Communities Project, collaborated with the Kdol Ta Hen Commune authorities to organize a distribution of learning materials and school uniforms for 120 targeted children, including 56 girls, in Kdol Krom Village. The event was attended by representatives from the District Office of Education, Commune Council members, village chiefs, parents, and targeted children.

The activity aimed to support vulnerable children, reduce barriers to accessing education, and promote equal opportunities in learning. The materials distributed included books, pens, pencils, colored pencils, rulers, erasers, pencil cases, and school uniforms to support children’s learning and help reduce the financial burden on their families.

After receiving the learning materials and school uniforms, one child expressed happiness and gratitude, saying:
“Thank you to OEC and its donors for providing me with learning materials and a school uniform. With this support, my parents will have less financial pressure and will not need to worry as much about finding money to buy these supplies for me. I will use the materials when I return to school and promise to study hard and do my best.”

អង្គការប្រតិបត្តិការកុមារកម្ពុជា (OEC) តាមរយៈគម្រោងពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធតាមដាន ការវាយតម្លៃ និងការរៀនសូត្រ (MEL) របស់ស្ថាប័ន បានរៀបចំវគ្គតម្រង់ទិសសម្រាប់បុគ្គលិកគម្រោងអប់រំគ្មានដែនកំណត់ នៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅការិយាល័យ OEC ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ។

វគ្គនេះផ្តោតលើការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍ MEL ការគ្រប់គ្រងប្រព័ន្ធទិន្នន័យ ការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង និងការសរសេររបាយការណ៍គម្រោង ព្រមទាំងការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពីនិរន្តរភាពគម្រោង។

📚 Strengthening Staff Capacity in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and Data Management System

Through its project to strengthen the organizational Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system, Operations Enfants of Cambodia (OEC) conducted an orientation session for staff of the School Without Walls2 project in Preah Sihanouk Province from 20–21 October 2026 at the OEC office in Preah Sihanouk.

The session focused on the use of MEL tools, data management systems, project reflection and reporting, as well as preparations for a project sustainability workshop.

Through this initiative, OEC aims to strengthen staff capacity in data collection and management, progress monitoring, results assessment, and the application of lessons learned to improve project quality and sustainability. 🤝

អង្គការប្រតិបត្តិការកុមារកម្ពុជា (OEC) តាមរយៈ គម្រោងភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំរបស់យុវជនដើម្បីសុវត្ថិភាពតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ និងកិច្ចការពារកុមារ បានសហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរឃុំព្រែកនរិន្ទ រៀបចំវគ្គផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីសុវត្ថិភាពតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ និងកិច្ចការពារកុមារ នៅសាលាឃុំព្រែកនរិន្ទ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន 30 នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានស្ត្រីចំនួន 12 នាក់ ដែលជាសមាជិកគកនកឃុំ។

វគ្គនេះមានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹង និងសមត្ថភាពរបស់អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានក្នុងការឆ្លើយតបចំពោះបញ្ហាកិច្ចការពារកុមារតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ ព្រមទាំងគាំទ្រដល់ការរាយការណ៍ និងការបញ្ជូនករណីទៅកាន់សេវាគាំទ្រដែលសមស្របប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

Operations Enfants of Cambodia (OEC), through the Young Leadership for Online Safety and Child Protection Project, collaborated with Prek Norint Commune authorities to organize an awareness-raising session on online safety and child protection at the Prek Norin Commune Hall on 19 October 2026. The session was attended by 30 participants, including 12 women, who were members of the Commune Committee for Women and Children (CCWC).

The session aimed to strengthen local authorities’ knowledge and capacity to respond to online child protection issues and to support the effective reporting and referral of cases to appropriate support services.

As a result, local authorities improved their understanding of online risks to children, strengthened their capacity to promote online safety awareness, and committed to responding to and reporting cases effectively and on time.

អង្គការប្រតិបត្តិការកុមារកម្ពុជា (OEC) តាមរយៈគម្រោង «សហគមន៍មានសុវត្ថិភាពសម្រាប់កុមារ» បានសម្របសម្រួល និងគាំទ្រអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តសហគមន៍ (CV) ក្នុងការចុះសួរសុខទុក្ខតាមផ្ទះដល់ឪពុកម្តាយ និងអ្នកថែទាំកុមារ ដែលបានចូលរួមវគ្គសិក្សាការចិញ្ចឹមកូនបែបវិជ្ជមានប្រចាំខែ នៅក្នុងស្រុកសំឡូត និងស្រុករុក្ខគិរី ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង។

សកម្មភាពនេះផ្តោតលើការតាមដានការអនុវត្តចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញដែលឪពុកម្តាយបានរៀនពីវគ្គសិក្សា ការស្វែងយល់ពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមក្នុងការចិញ្ចឹមបីបាច់កុមារ ការផ្តល់ការណែនាំបន្ថែមអំពីការចិញ្ចឹមកូនដោយវិជ្ជមាន និងការលើកកម្ពស់ទំនាក់ទំនងល្អរវាងឪពុកម្តាយ និងកុមារ។

Operations Enfants of Cambodia (OEC), through the Safe Community for Children Project, coordinated and supported Community Volunteers (CVs) in conducting home visits to parents and caregivers who participate in the monthly Positive Parenting Sessions in Samlout and Rukh Kiri districts, Battambang Province.

The visits focused on following up on parents’ application of the knowledge and skills gained from the sessions, understanding challenges related to child-rearing, providing additional guidance on positive parenting practices, and promoting healthy relationships between parents and children.

Through these home visits, Community Volunteers contribute to strengthening support for parents and caregivers to apply positive parenting approaches more effectively and create safe, loving, and supportive family environments for children.

From 6–8 October 2026, Operations Enfants of Cambodia (OEC) conducted a “Meeting to Review and Validate Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Tools for All OEC Projects and to Strengthen Project Teams’ Capacity in Effective Report Writing and Project Proposal Design and Development” in Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk Province.

The meeting brought together 15 staff members, including 5 women. Participants reviewed, discussed, and validated each project’s Plan of Action, M&E Plan, Indicator Tracking Table, and data-collection tools.

The meeting strengthened project teams’ capacity in MEL, effective narrative reporting, and project proposal development. OEC’s MEL tools were reviewed and validated, while staff improved their skills in documenting achievements, challenges, lessons learned, and developing quality, evidence-based project proposals.

អង្គការប្រតិបត្តិការកុមារកម្ពុជា (OEC) ក្រោមគ្រោង "អាហារូបករណ៍" បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងប្រចាំត្រីមាសជាមួយនិស្សិតទទួលអាហារូបករណ៍នៅការិយាល័យ អង្គការប្រតិបត្តិការកុមារកម្ពុជា ខេត្តបាត់ដំបងនាថ្ងៃទី 23-09-2026 ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួម ១១ នាក់ ក្នុងនោះស្ត្រី ៩ នាក់។

Operations Enfants of Cambodia (OEC), under the Scholarship Program, organized a quarterly reflection meeting with scholarship students at the Operations Enfants of Cambodia office in Battambang Province on 23-09-2026, with a total of 11 participants, including 9 females.

The meeting aimed to review the students' academic progress, identify and address challenges, and enhance their awareness of online safety. The students shared their experiences and challenges and reported that their studies were progressing well, while some previously identified challenges had been improved through Operations Enfants of Cambodia's support and follow-up. The meeting also included an online safety awareness session, which provided students with knowledge about common online risks, safe and responsible use of social media, and practical ways to block, report, and manage harmful or inappropriate content and accounts.

One scholarship student shared: “I am happy to have participated in this session. The knowledge I gained has increased my confidence in sharing information with people in remote areas about how to stay safe online.”
