Implemented by Children's Action for Development (CAD), a non-governmental organisation in Cambodia, Snadai Near Khmer aims to empower the women in Cambodia through a fashion training programme, and to sustain the education programme for vulnerable children. All the products are meticulously made by the graduates of the programme with raw materials from the community.
