Our Patang Scholar, Sakshi, has achieved an outstanding 98.4 percentile in the CET examination, bringing her one step closer to the future she has always dreamed of.

Reflecting on her journey, Sakshi shared, "ASF has given me the confidence that I need not worry about any problem related to education. The only thing I should care about is giving my best and improving in my life!"

For her, the scholarship has meant much more than financial support. "The things I absolutely enjoyed the most which may seem normal but are not so normal to me are talking to the coordinators and making connections with like-minded people around me."

Her words beautifully capture the mindset that has brought her this far: "So much of my life has unfolded beyond my expectations in the most beautiful ways. I hope to keep becoming the type of person who looks back and says, 'I can't believe I did that!' instead of wondering, 'What if I had?'’”

Congratulations, Sakshi! We're incredibly proud of this milestone and excited to cheer you on as you continue reaching new heights.

What does a good deed look like?

At Good Deeds Day 2026, we had the opportunity to engage people in conversations around education, life skills, and first-aid awareness.
From testing first-aid knowledge through quizzes and CPR demonstrations to collecting pledges on our Good Deed Wall, each interaction was a reminder that small actions can have a meaningful impact.

Thank you to Bhumi for organising the event and to everyone who stopped by, learnt with us, shared a good deed, and joined us in building a safer, kinder community.

This month, we're delighted to feature mentor Nitin Sharma, a BTech graduate with an MBA from IIT Bombay and over 20 years of experience in the energy and power sector. Having mentored young engineers at TATA Power and supported his MBA peers, Nitin joined Atmasantosh Foundation two years ago with one goal: to help transform a young person's life.

Reflecting on his journey as a mentor with ASF, he shared:

"Honestly, the program exceeded my expectations. What I appreciated most was that Atmasantosh wasn't just about academics or career advice - it created space for meaningful conversations about values, self-doubt, resilience, and finding inner contentment (atmasantosh). That philosophy shaped every mentoring session.

What makes these scholars truly special is their hunger, not just for marks or jobs, but for dignity and the opportunity to fulfill their ambitions. Many are first-generation learners balancing family responsibilities with personal dreams. Through them, I learned that resilience isn't always loud; it's the quiet determination to keep showing up despite setbacks.

Some of my most memorable moments came from discovering each mentee's unique passions. Vedant's interest in investing became a bridge for deeper conversations about life and the future, while Atharva's entrepreneurial mindset and drive to challenge himself through hackathons has been truly inspiring. Though their journeys are different, they share one dream - to create a better future for their families. It's been a privilege to play even a small role in their growth."

Thank you, Nitin Sharma Sir, for your generosity, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to our scholars. Your mentorship reminds us that the greatest impact often begins with a meaningful conversation.

Some journeys are measured not by milestones, but by the conversations that shape them.

With the successful completion of Mentorship Cycle #3, we celebrate another meaningful chapter in our Patang Scholars Program. Our final session featured mock interviews, where scholars had the opportunity to put their learning into practice and build confidence for the future.

With over 233 one-on-one mentorship meetings, our mentors served as trusted guides, helping scholars build confidence, resilience, and career readiness. To every mentor who dedicated their time and energy to this journey, thank you for helping our scholars dream bigger and believe in themselves!

“Your trust, encouragement, and support gave me the confidence to keep moving forward and pursue my dreams.”

Meet Rishikesh, a student from the Chiranjilal Vyasji Scholarship Program, who successfully cleared the CA Final Examination in May 2026 in his first attempt!

“Looking back at my CA Final journey, I feel truly grateful to Atmasantosh Foundation for standing by me at every step. Their belief in me, consistent guidance, and encouragement gave me the confidence to overcome challenges and stay focused on my goals.

The support I received was not just financial, it was a reminder that I had people who believed in my potential. I sincerely thank everyone associated with ASF for being a part of my journey. I will always cherish their support and hope to carry forward the same spirit of helping others.”

At Atmasantosh Foundation, we believe success is not just measured by milestones achieved, but by the confidence built, resilience developed, and the desire to give back. Rishikesh’s journey is a reflection of the impact that support, belief, and opportunity can create.

Our Patang Class of 2026 officially graduated! 🎓

Their Graduation day was filled with creativity, memories, awards, and a talent show that absolutely blew everyone away.

It began with a walk down memory lane with a photo wall where scholars revisited the workshops and exposure visits that have shaped their journey. They then brought that journey to life through heartfelt poems for their parents, stand-up comedy, and a tabla performance that was pure magic. Fun certificates such as Teamwork Wizard,The Curious Kite, and Attendance Superstar added an extra sparkle to their achievements.🌟

The event was attended by 130+ guests, including the scholars’ parents, the junior cohort, and Atmasantosh Foundation’s mentors, donors, and Board members. A special joy was having with us the people after whom Atmasantosh Foundation is named, and whose spirit inspires everything we do.

These scholars are now stepping from their junior years into the next chapter of undergraduate life with a stronger sense of purpose and career focus.

Congratulations to our Rising Patangs! We couldn't be more proud of the well-rounded individuals you are becoming.🪁

"To me, the youth of this country are the foundation for everything we are building for the years to come. When we give a student a good education, it’s like a domino effect - you aren’t just helping one person, you are helping every life they will eventually touch.”

Meet Shruti Jatia, a Board Member at Atmasantosh Foundation since its inception. With her expertise in strategy and finance, she adds strong direction to the organization. She believes deeply in spirituality, which reflects in her values and approach towards life.

“At Atmasantosh Foundation, I like to think we are like a bridge that helps students from where they were when they came to us to the place they would like to go. I’ve sat in student interviews where 16-year-olds have amazed me with their clarity and sense of purpose - that kind of determination is a real wow factor.

What I’ve realized is that mindset change is the most important work we do. It’s not that families don’t understand the value of education. It’s often just that they’ve never been told, explained, or shown the way forward. One of the most special things I get to witness is mothers deeply believing in and supporting their daughters’ dreams.”
