At Nandwala, Valsad, our Multiple Activity Centre came alive with colours, laughter, and soaring dreams during the Kite Festival with children.

More than a celebration, it was a moment to amplify joy, encourage participation, and uphold every child’s right to play, express, and grow. Because when children are given space to celebrate, they rise—with confidence, happiness, and hope.

We successfully conducted Circle Talk Workshops on Menstrual Health and Hygiene with adolescent girls in Jaipur and Lucknow, with around 40 participants in each location.

The sessions were moderated by expert doctors, who facilitated open and respectful conversations on menstrual health, hygiene practices, and breaking stigma. The girls actively participated in discussions, shared their experiences, and asked insightful questions.

Along with the dialogue, the workshops also included:
✔️ Interactive quizzes and fun learning games
✔️ Demonstration of menstrual products
✔️ Introduction of a user-friendly period tracker tool
✔️ Practical guidance on safe and healthy menstrual practices

These workshops created a safe space for adolescents to learn, express, and build confidence — strengthening the message that menstruation is natural, healthy, and nothing to be silent about.

Together, we continue working towards awareness, dignity, and informed menstrual choices for every girl.
