TEEN YOGA WORKSHOP
Sunday 24th May | 11:00am–12:15pm
Yoga for teens aged 13–18 years — a calm, welcoming space to move, breathe, relax and reset.
With exam season underway, this class is designed to help teens release tension, calm the mind, and take a break from stress and screens.
The class includes:
✦ Gentle movement
✦ Breathing techniques
✦ Relaxation
✦ A supportive, non-competitive environment
No yoga experience needed.
No flexibility or fitness level required.
