So the sun WAS shining yesterday while we were starting to plan for GroundFloor's Summer 2026 🌞🌻⛱️

We are looking forward to freedom from school and college and to more fun and summer vibes 😎

GroundFloor will be closed from Friday 1st May to put all our plans together. We will return on Wednesday 13th May with our Summer Programme ☀️

Art Therapy Group [18-25 year olds] ✨️

A space to explore emotions and experiences when words feel difficult, facilitated by a qualified and experienced Art Psychotherapist.

The focus is on the process, not artistic ability and includes talking, art making and reflecting on images and themes.

DATES: 6th April - 21st May
Thursdays 4-6pm
