During Mayor Andy Burnham's visit to Webb Lane allotments, he got to know the flagship 'Live Well' projects:

🌿 Start Well – The Stockport Schools Green Network, including Banks Lane Infants School Gardening Club, helping children build confidence and wellbeing through outdoor learning

🌳 Live Well – Seeding the Change, a green social prescribing programme led by GP’s and mental health nurses, supporting people by encouraging them to connect with nature

🍃 Age Well – The Ageing in Place Pathfinder Project), bringing together over-50's from Brinnington to connect, garden and support one another

In March, housing providers from across Greater Manchester came together to host 20% Movement careers events right in the heart of our communities 💼

Customers had the chance to explore what a career in the housing sector could look like, and got creative by designing their own housing associations, imagining the roles and opportunities they’d love to see.

✨ Impact so far:
✅ 51 customers attended
✏️ 2 applications completed
🗣️ We’re now continuing to reach out to attendees to offer support with employment and next steps
