🎵 Music, memories, and great company! 🎵
We had a fantastic afternoon exploring Stockport's musical heritage on a guided tour with The Stockport Music Story.
The tour sparked plenty of conversation and brought back lots of happy memories for our clients, who thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the town's rich musical history.
A huge thank you to Rosemary and John for delivering such an engaging and enjoyable experience. We look forward to more afternoons like this!

💜 International Day of Older Persons 💜

Today at Age UK Stockport, we celebrated International Day of Older Persons with a wonderful celebration at Stockport War Memorial. 🥰

Alongside the Mayor of Stockport, we welcomed our amazing clients, partners and friends from Stockport Council, Stockport Homes, Life Leisure and Stockport Music.

We had some fantastic guest speakers, plenty of laughs, great conversations and, of course, a lovely buffet! 🎶🍰

A special thank you to the Mayor of Stockport for joining us and helping us celebrate such an important day. It was lovely to have you with us. 💜

A big thank you to Stockport College students for providing hand massages and looking after our clients.

Most importantly, it was a really special day celebrating the incredible older people in our community and everything they bring to Stockport.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special — and to all our wonderful clients for joining us. ❤️
