Spending the morning on Well Woman resources. So over the moon we’ve both booked up this upcoming evening AND started on our bookings for the week after 🥰

We are so happy to know that you feel our funded provisions will help. We’ve already started getting decorations and practical equipment however we want to set it up properly to be able to show you! 🧘🏻‍♀️ Watch this space…

One of our volunteer-lead projects we've been working on a lot recently is 'Beauty Against Exploitation', a project that aims to bring awareness towards the exploitation, grooming and modern slavery of women in both the beauty industry and the wider world.

We are keen to communicate with both people and organizations that are taking a stand against human trafficking. We have already spoken to a fair few, but we would like to get as much input as possible so we can work out how best we can help.

We have the first date for our FREE OF CHARGE women’s wellness evenings, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund!

🩷✨ FRIDAY 25TH OF SEPTEMBER

Our college will turn into a holistic hub, with multiple rooms to suit different moods. On offer will be:

- Holistic Treatments
- A fully decorated holistic hub complete with decor, candles, yoga matts, meditations pillows and more.
- Relaxation Room
- Free pamper goodies for you to use
- Gentle yoga, guided meditation and sound baths / deep relaxation.
- Spa and wellness themed refreshments
- Refreshments / Social Space
- Pastoral Support
- Self led wellbeing resources
- A fully stocked women’s wellbeing library
- Journalling & Creative Activities
