With regret this evenings Young Persons SMART meeting 5.30pm, is not going ahead as advertised - We will be back with the YP SMART next week - All other SMART meetings are going ahead as scheduled.

Our Ketamine group have also been taking advance of the good weather lately, visiting Weston park and Museum, connecting with nature and enjoying the many duck shenanigans. 🦆

"It's always a lot nicer to walk and talk because you can get your thoughts out a lot clearer"..."It's nice to catch some sun and talk about the things we normally keep to ourselves". 🧠

The ketamine group runs every Tuesday, 1-3pm here at the Likewise Recovery Hub.

Well done Ryan!

Today marks one year sober and I'm mega proud of that.

The industry can be an amazing world to work in, but it can also normalise unhealthy lifestyles and pressures that a lot of people struggle with quietly - or not quietly.

Over the last year I’ve made many positive changes and I’m very grateful to my friends at Likewise Sheffield and ARC Project 6 for the support and encouragement. At Likewise, I currently volunteer in the Recovery Hub and with the HOPE Team - learning about addiction, recovery and drawing from my own experience to support others who are going through similar challenges.

If anyone working in music, events or the creative industries is struggling with alcohol, drugs or mental health, there is support out there — and things genuinely can get better.

Many thanks again to all my lovely friends, family, band mates and fans who have really helped me stay on target with this.

The ARC Project 6 is asking for your help.
As some of you might know we are raising money through the Go Fund me page (link below). We are also selling ARC branded bags, T-Shirts and Hoodies, made by the Sheffield Social Enterprise "Printed by Us". Please talk to a member of staff if you would like to purchase one.
All money raised supports us to run the core groups - such as volunteer expenses, volunteer training, SMART license, electricity costs, coffee/ tea and milk. So whether you are donating after a SMART, buy some merch or share the go fund me link, it all helps and contributes to keep us open to you.
