Tilehurst Junior Youth Club

We run a youth club for children aged 8 to 12 years and meet on Friday evening at the Tilehurst Youth This staff steam comprises adults and junior leaders.

We meet at Tilehurst Youth & Community Centre and are a voluntary group helping children for whom there is no statutory provision. Opening each Friday evening we provide a wide range of social, educational and recreational activities to meet the needs of the children in our age group. These take place in a warm, secure environment in which children can grow and develop with support from and experienced staff team.

Hi all. Our Halloween Party is tomorrow evening. This is one of the highlights of the year. We will have competitions, prizes, games and great music. The club will be full of decorations and we hope.that as many of you as possible will get into the spirit and dress up. We will be keeping an eye out for those who have put in lots of effort. But we do understand that dressing up might not be for everyone and we will be making sure that everyone has a great time. Hoping to see lots of you tomorrow. 🙂

Finally we are still in need of volunteers on Friday nights - every 2 weeks would be brilliant - if you are feeling really enthusiastic then every week would be amazing. We know family things crop up so we always operate a flexible and supportive approach with our volunteers
