We had a fantastic morning at the Carers Event in Victoria Park! 🌤️

The weather was perfect, allowing us to take some lovely individuals for a spin in our trishaws. This activity not only brings joy but also fosters meaningful connections between carers and their loved ones.

It’s heart-warming to witness everyone sharing the iconic royal wave as they pass by. Let’s keep spreading that positive energy!

We recently received some lovely feedback from Sharon, the Activities Coordinator at St Vincent’s Care Home, about a recent bike ride one of their residents enjoyed with our team.

While we do love a bit of rain in spring, it's one of the main reasons we have to cancel trike rides. Our volunteer coordinator has to make the call, based on lots of different forecast data. But don't worry, when the rain finally lifts, we go out to RIDE!

Last week, we had the pleasure of introducing Cycling Without Age to residents at a local independent living community. 🚴‍♂️

Storytelling is at the heart of our mission! We joined Avril from Castle Road Community Association as she shared fascinating historical research with St George's Court residents. đź“š

Memories flowed freely; one resident fondly recalled trips to the Isle of Wight in the 1930s via paddle steamers.

We can't wait to return with our trikes for rides and more unforgettable stories, especially about their experiences seeing the newly opened seafront! 🌊
