Veterans Bereavement Café 💙🩷

Come and join us at our Veterans Bereavement Café, held on the first Wednesday of each month from 10:30am to 12:30pm at the Cosy Corner Café.

This is a friendly and supportive space for veterans and close family members who have lost, or are losing, a loved one. It’s a place where you can talk, listen, or simply spend time with others who understand and share similar experiences.

World Continence Week 2026 runs from 15–21 June, raising awareness of bladder, bowel and pelvic health issues worldwide.

An estimated 400 million people live with incontinence, yet many still suffer in silence. This week aims to break the stigma, encourage people to seek support, and improve access to quality care.

Bladder and bowel problems can affect people of all ages, but they can become more challenging as we get older. While these conversations aren't always easy, getting the right advice and support can make a real difference.
