💛 A Huge Thank You to the Wonderful Children of Corpus Christi School 💛

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all the lovely children at Corpus Christi School for the generous breakfast bags you have so thoughtfully prepared for us to give out at the soup kitchen tomorrow. 🥰

Not only have you taken the time to put together these lovely bags, but the beautiful, kind messages you have attached make them even more special.

Your words of encouragement, kindness and love will mean so much to the guests receiving them, reminding them that people care and that they are thought of. ❤️

It is with great sadness that we say goodnight to our dear friend Scottish Rob. ❤️

Rob had been our guest at Buckland Soup Kitchen for many years and will be dearly missed . 💔

Rob, thank you for the memories, the conversations, and the time we were fortunate enough to share with you. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Rest easy, dear friend. You will never be forgotten. 🕊️❤️

From all of us at Buckland Soup Kitchen.

❤️🍲 Another busy evening at Buckland Soup Kitchen, where we were proud to serve 73 hot meals of mince and spaghetti to our guests this evening! 🍝

We also made sure our four-legged friends weren’t forgotten, feeding 7 lovely dogs 🐕🐾 because no one should go hungry.

Alongside the meals, we were able to provide some much-needed essentials to our guests:
🛏️ 2 sleeping bags
🧥 2 warm coats
👟 1 pair of trainers
👕 3 hoodies
👖 1tracksuit bottoms
🧦 Lots of socks for those suffering with wet feet.

Sometimes, it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who continues to support Buckland Soup Kitchen.

🍲❤️🐾

Whoop, whoop, Alexandra Sports donated lots of trainers tonight to help us keep our stocks up.

Men’s sizes 9 and 10 are particularly popular, so if you have any trainers tucked away at the back of your cupboard that you no longer wear, please consider donating them to us.

With the wetter, colder weather setting in, we know demand will increase, and a decent pair of trainers can make a real difference to someone who needs them.

Thanks so much for your continued support! 🙌👟
