Very many thanks to the team at Airtech Advanced Materials Group for hosting our visit to your UK base. It was useful and informative.
We have used Airtech infusion materials for a long time, so when they stepped forward to support the Disabled Sailors Association build of the Dazcat 1500 here at the Multihull Centre we were thrilled.
We choose Airtech because they are the best products we've found, but why did they choose the DSA?
Airtech Sponsorship of this project:
"Airtech has been a supplier and supporter of resin infusion processing from the early days of its development. We continue to work closely with the composites industry, regularly developing new materials that help our customers improve efficiency, quality, and reliability in resin infusion manufacturing.
When we learned about this wheelchair-accessible sailing catamaran being built in support of the Disabled Sailors Association, we immediately recognised it as a project we wanted to support. It aligns perfectly with our technical expertise in resin infusion and our commitment to enabling innovative, purposeful composite solutions.
Most importantly, this project represents a truly worthy cause. We are proud to contribute our knowledge and materials and are excited to see the finished catamaran and the positive difference it will make by enabling more people to experience the freedom and enjoyment of sailing."
Thank you Airtech for your support. The DSA are still fundraising to complete the project. You can find out how to sponsor or make a donation on their website: https://oceanaccess.uk/
