We are pleased to announce that Precision Dietetics has recently signed our Fostering Friendly Employer Charter, which is now in partnership with Portsmouth City Council's Foster Portsmouth. 💜

Precision Dietetics provides expert nutritional advice and dietetic support, helping individuals achieve healthier lifestyles and wellbeing goals. Their commitment will help ensure employees who foster feel supported and understood in the workplace.

To support the exciting expansion of our Family Services provision we have a number of employment opportunities within our collection of Residential Family Centres in Swanwick, Swaythling and Lordshill. 💜⭐

Families will have been referred to the Family Centre if there have been concerns identified around the safety of the children within their current family home. Once with us, families will be continuously encouraged, supported and guided through a 12 week residential parenting assessment where they are monitored 24/7 to promote sustainable positive parenting changes.

We are looking to recruit into the following positions within Family Services to start from January 2027:

✨Team Leaders
✨Senior Waking Night workers
✨Senior Support Workers
✨Waking night workers
✨Support Workers
✨Deputy Manager (Full-time)
✨Deputy Manager (Part-time)

📆 Most roles listed will work on a shift pattern (see specific adverts for details)
🌙 Most are Monday - Sunday on rotation - 37.5 HPW - No sleep in requirement

Fostering service sets its sights on three awards

This Children of Foster Carers Week we would like to take a moment to celebrate Levi and Zak, who previously won the ‘Outstanding Contribution by Sons and Daughters’ Award at the Fostering Excellence Awards 🏆

Their parents were approved as Foster Carers in 2015, so Levi has been a Child of Foster Carers since 1, and Zak since birth.

Adjusting to change, sharing parents, homes, and even toys isn’t always easy, but all of our children show such understanding, kindness and care. 🏡✨

A huge thank you to Zak, Levi, and all Children of Foster Carers for everything they do to make fostering such a special experience.

Attending the Pamodzi Creatives Black Excellence Event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with inspiring people from across Portsmouth. ⭐

Stella, our Quality Assurance Manager, had the pleasure of meeting Marie Costa, the Grandmother of Portsmouth, and learning more about the many positive projects making a difference within the city. She also met Dani and Roni, whose hard work and dedication helped make the event such a success.

The evening was vibrant, inclusive and full of celebration, with a strong focus on promoting cultural awareness and multicultural understanding. As one of the event sponsors, we are proud to demonstrate our commitment to supporting diversity and community engagement.💜✨
