We are pleased to announce that Northpoint Services has recently signed our Fostering Friendly Employer Charter, which is now in partnership with Portsmouth City Council's Foster Portsmouth. 💜

Northpoint Services Limited provide the design, installation and commissioning of electrical and building solutions as well as reactive and planned maintenance works for the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. From choosing ideas and getting stuck in to bringing the space to life, everyone has played a part in creating a calm and welcoming environment to explore, relax and enjoy the outdoors. 🌱🌸

We’re excited to share more about our new LEAD programme, formerly known as our Future Leaders programme. 💪🏼⛰️

LEAD brings together team members from across Fair Ways, giving them the opportunity to develop their capabilities in leadership, experience, adaptability and personal development. It’s about investing in our people, encouraging them to step outside their comfort zones, learn from new experiences and build the skills and confidence to make a positive difference across Fair Ways. 💜

As part of the programme, our latest LEAD group headed to Wales for an experience packed with learning, teamwork, challenge and plenty of opportunities to grow.
