Summer IS here! However, our unpredictable and unseasonal weather didn’t dampen the spirits of the Monday Men at CentreStage this week. Our workshop planting up seasonal containers and potting our sprouted seedlings was well received with full engagement from the group, ably assisted by Jim, Morag and JimBob. Favourite flower colours were discussed and of course, the upcoming football tournament came into conversation also. A super session of colourful creativity and companionship. One participant exclaimed at his own success ‘I can’t believe how good this is’ and was looking forward to gifting it to his daughter.

We need your support to keep workshops like these going. Visit our website to see what your support could achieve and donate today: https://www.trellisscotland.org.uk/support-us

We know the huge benefits nature can have on our wellbeing, and thanks to Trellis, we’re running four Gardening for Wellbeing workshops throughout 2026🪴

Whether it’s getting your hands in the soil, nurturing new life, or simply enjoying the outdoors, gardening can be a powerful way to support both mental and physical health.

Our next Gardening for Wellbeing workshop will focus on potting a herb planter and getting creative with herbal pot pourri pouches and will take place on Tuesday 16th June, 11am-1pm in our Kilmarnock centre.

To book your space, please email us at [email protected] or give us a call on 01563 538008.
