Free and confidential support for women and transwomen and all young people between the age of 12-18 who have experienced sexual violence in any form, at any time in their lives. What we offer:

We provide support to women, transwomen and young people who have experienced sexual abuse/violence at any point in their lives. We support survivor in the way that makes them feel safe, comfortable and according to their needs.

So we provide appointments during the day and in the evenings, in our Perth centre, in locations throughout Perth & Kinross, on the phone, online/video, at community drop ins, and when you are in crisis.

So if you think you might want support but don't know how you would manage, give us a call or email and we will see what we can do to make it possible.

We support Partners, Family and Friends of survivors of sexual violence...💜

We support Partners, Family and Friends of survivors who been affected by sexual violence, even if the survivors does not engage with us. We recognise that family members and friends can play an important role in supporting a survivor’s recovery and healing. It is also equally important that Supporter find a space for their own self-care and healing as seeing a loved one harmed can be very distressing.

Women only Gym Group

You don't need any experience and for all abilities. This will be a women only space, class led by a female instructor.

All our groups are for survivors attending support, have completed support, or who are on the waiting list.
