Social Flock is part of the Perth Rotary Club’s annual Charity Fayre from 10-3pm today on King Edward’s Street in central Perth.

Sarah has put together a wonderful hamper, and a selection of wonderful little items made by Sarah and Celia reusing our leftover summer dress material.

💚Team Social Flock is having a break💚

After a hugely successful Back to School & Nursery Project our hub is now closed - for one week only! - to let our team have a bit of quiet time and let us start the set up for the next project.

Three cheers for our wonderful staff team, amazing volunteer pool, and all the corporate volunteers who made it all happen. We hope you have a wonderful, restful week and we'll see you all soon.

Usual hours resume 31st August.

This horrible fire incident directly impacted some of our Social Flock team. It's a shocking situation, and one of many fires our community has needed support to recover from.

Our team members were removed from their homes, with only the clothes on their backs, unsure when they would next be able to go into their homes to get a change out of their pyjamas.

We would like to extend our support of Clothing Packs to anyone who lives in these impacted households (or anyone in similar situations) to replace school clothes, day to day clothing, or any other clothing needs they have.

Thank you to our wonderful team for making support available the following day and to the Perth Fire station for working quickly to ensure no one was hurt. Really gives you perspective of how important community action is, when it hits those closest to you.

💚🛍️ LUNCH BAGS 🛍️💚
We have these lunch bags up for grabs if anyone can make use of them. Would be great for a club day trip if you know any coming up!
They are one use but completely insulated.

If you haven't already collected your Back to School or Nursery pack please double check your emails for a reminder. The vast majority of packs are now finished but we do still have packs for collection in our Hub.

The last day for collecting school packs is Sunday 16th. We are open Thursday 10am - 2pm and Sunday 10am -2pm for collections. 💚

✨💚 WISHLIST WEDNESDAY 💚✨

We are still finishing up the last part of our Back to School and Nursery project so we are still happily accepting all your pre loved school clothes

We are also accepting all other types of clothing in all sizes.

We do have a need for mens clothing in all sizes

Our Hub is open Tuesday 10am-6pm and Thursday and Sunday 10am-2pm for donations and collections. You can also donate at our Donation Stations at Tesco Crieff Road, Asda Dunkeld Road and St John's Shopping Centre whenever they are open. 💚

Happy Perthshire Pride day to everyone 🌈

Sarah made another wonderful window display for us, showing that Social Flock is for everyone. She’s done a great job!

We have had the privelage of working with q***r young artists, supporting people with gender affirmation clothing packs and having LGBTQIA+ folks as volunteers, staff and board members our whole existence.

Diversity, inclusion, and acceptance for everyone who lives in Perth & Kinross has always been a key factor in our ethos here.

There is space, time, and resources for everyone who lives in our community! We’re proud that our differences unite us, bring deeper understanding and spread love and joy.

💚Final Back to School & Nursery Packs Update 💚

For Collect Perth packs please check your emails (and junk folders!) to confirm if your packs are ready for collection and plan to pick them up as soon as possible.

Emails have been sent today, more will be sent Sunday & Monday as we finish off the last of the Collection packs. We have around 150 packs waiting to be collected!

Collection from Blairgowrie & Rattray Community Football Club - emails sent today for packs dropped off this afternoon. Final delivery and emails on Monday 10th.

Final deliveries will be going out on Sunday 9th and Monday 10th as we round up the project.

If you no longer need your pack please email us on [email protected] so we can pass the items onto someone on the waitlist.

If you would like to be added to our waitlist please email us on [email protected] as we are aiming to reopen applications for those waiting in the next week or so. Please note: waitlist packs are Collect Perth only.
