The services we offer include:

- Children’s Services - one to one and group social activities
- Young Adult/Transition Service - supporting young people aged 14-18 years to plan and work towards transition from education
~ Family Support Service - working with families to address specific areas of support
- Education Support Service - supporting families with school meeting and working with schools to effectively support young people
- Employability Service - working with employers to create diversity in the workplace and providing Ready to Work programmes and supported placements for young people

We are looking to gauge interest for an incredible experience, the chance to soar across the legendary Pittodrie Stadium, experiencing Aberdeen's iconic football ground from a completely new perspective, while raising vital funds for us here at Perth Autism Support! 🎁

This is a NEVER BEFORE SEEN fundraising challenge that would give you the chance to support Perth Autism Support in a totally new and unique way! 🤍

This is perfect for any football fans who would love to see the stadium in a whole new light! 🏆

Here are some key details:

⚽︎ You must be 12 years old or older to take part
⚽︎ You must be over 33kg and under 120kg

Are you a parent/carer of preschool children (up to 5 yrs) with autism, awaiting an assessment, or have social/communication differences living in PKC? 💬

We are hosting three FREE training sessions for parents to attend on the Practical Understanding of Autism for Early Years in collaboration with Early Years Inclusion Support and Perth and Kinross Council 🤗

The sessions will cover theory of autism, practical strategies aimed at young children and a chance to meet other parents and ask questions and take place between 12pm and 2pm on the following dates:

Session 1: 30/10/26 – We will deliver an information session on the general understanding of autism, how we can look beneath what we see to realise the underlying reasons and what this may mean for our children 🧠

Session 2: 06/11/26 – Thinking about what we understand about autism, we will discuss some practical supports that can be implemented for our children 💡

Session 3: 20/11/26– In our final session we will discuss some more practical advice but also have a chance to think about the strategies we will try moving forward, any challenges we feel we might have in implementing any change and a general Q&A on autism with our trainers 🚀

🌍WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY🌍

The theme for this years World Mental Health Day is "Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change."

At Perth Autism Support we want you to feel heard in your own lived experiences. We have multiple support groups available where you can go to talk, listen, and connect with other people who are just like you 🫂

We offer many different services both for parents and carers, as well as autistic young people in Perth and Kinross area. To find out more you can contact us on [email protected]

If you or someone you love is struggling with their mental health, we have added some free resources below:

If you have immediate concerns about your mental health, please contact your GP, or call 111.

⭐️ NHS 111 - The NHS Mental Health Hub is open 24/7 and they offer listening services, as well as advice and guidance for further support.

⭐️ Samaritans - They provide confidential, non-judgemental emotional support 24/7 for people who are struggling. You can contact them by phoning 116 113 or by emailing [email protected]

⭐️ Breathing Space - Anyone over 16 can contact this services for free, confidential listening when experiencing low mood, depression, or anxiety. You can contact them on 0800 85 87 from 6pm to 2am Monday to Thursday and from 6pm on Friday to 6am on Monday (i.e. 24/7 over the weekend).

⭐️ Childline - This is a free service for children and young people who need support or advice and it is available 24/7. You can contact them on 0800 1111 or by visiting their website.

Come along this Saturday to join in our gaming community here at Perth Autism Support! 👾

Never played some of our games before? No problem at all. Whether you're completely new or just curious, we'll guide you through everything — from the basics to tips and strategies. And if you enjoy Magic: The Gathering or Monopoly, you'll definitely find something to get stuck into 🎲

Anyone is welcome to come along to the session so feel free to pop in and say hi! 👋

Club will be taking place in the Youth Hub (upstairs) rather than the Activities Room downstairs 🎮

To access the building, please use the doorbell at the main entrance and wait patiently for a member of staff to answer. The building is a little bigger than you might think, so it can take us a few moments to get to the door 🔔

There will be clear signage throughout the building, and our staff team and young volunteers will be on hand to show you where everything is and answer any questions.

For anyone who may need a quieter space during the session, we will be using the Training Room as our quiet space instead of the Sensory Room ✨

📍 Where: PAS HQ, 14 New Row (Youth Hub - Upstairs)
🕐 When: 1pm – 4pm, This Saturday
🚗 Parking: Available across the road at New Row car park, with other Council parking options nearby

You'll be welcomed by Eilidh and Chris, along with our brilliant team of young volunteers (look out for their lanyards). If you have any questions or need a hand during the session, we're always here to help.
