We take pride in delivering quality respite care to unpaid carers in the Perth and Kinross area who need some time to themselves while knowing that their relative is in safe hands. Respite Care

We provide a trained member of staff to care for your loved one while you have a break from your role as carer. Funding is by the Social Work Department and also private funding. Our aim is to provide cont

inuity of care by allocating particular care staff to individual service users. Respite care may involve both indoor and outdoor activities depending on your loved one’s requirements. Personal Care

We provide personal care in the Perth City area. This is funded through Self Directed Support and Direct Payment options. People may choose to approach us for the provision of personal care, but we are mainly concerned with providing respite care in people’s own homes. We are looking for kind, reliable people, who share our values, to join us as Care Workers - and you do not need previous care experience. If you are considering a career change and want to do work that really matters, we will provide training and support to help you get started.

Pay rates
SVQ Level 2 qualified: £14.06 per hour weekdays / £15.06 per hour after 6.00pm on weekdays and weekends
Non-SVQ: £13.80 per hour weekdays / £14.80 per hour after 6.00pm on weekdays and weekends

About the role

• activities and social connection
• helping people maintain independence and quality of life
We support older people, children, people with physical disabilities and people with
additional support needs.
Previous care experience is welcome, but not essential - we can provide training and
support you to work towards SVQ Level 2.
