At Crossroads (Perth & Kinross), we support unpaid carers by providing high-quality respite care in local communities across Perth and Kinross.

We are looking for kind, reliable people, who share our values, to join us as Care Workers - and you do not need previous care experience. If you are considering a career change and want to do work that really matters, we will provide training and support to help you get started.

Pay rates
SVQ Level 2 qualified: £14.06 per hour weekdays / £15.06 per hour after 6.00pm on weekdays and weekends
Non-SVQ: £13.80 per hour weekdays / £14.80 per hour after 6.00pm on weekdays and weekends

We are currently recruiting Home Care Workers to join our team across Perth and
Kinross.

About the role
As a Home Care Worker, you will support people in their own homes and in the
community with things like:
• personal care
• daily routines
• activities and social connection
• helping people maintain independence and quality of life
We support older people, children, people with physical disabilities and people with
additional support needs.
Previous care experience is welcome, but not essential - we can provide training and
support you to work towards SVQ Level 2.
