Lived Insights in York, who we’ve worked with lots in recent years, do fantastic work to ensure that people with experience of poverty are guiding the responses and solutions!

A big thank you to everyone who expressed an interest in becoming a Community Researcher with Lived Insights for our Housing Resettlement project.

We were really pleased with the response. Not only did we receive lots of enquiries, but we were also blown away by the number of friends, partners and organisations who shared our social media posts and displayed our posters to help spread the word. The support has been amazing.

It was great to speak with so many people who are passionate about using their lived experience to create positive change in their community.

We're thrilled to announce that we've now offered Community Researcher roles to six people to join our existing team (pictured).

Congratulations to everyone who was successful and thank you to everyone who took the time to apply and share their stories with us.

We're still looking for volunteers to support our work. If you'd like to get involved and help us make a difference, we'd love to hear from you! Get in touch at [email protected].

We launched our Big Give appeal on Monday, and thanks to your incredible kindness and donations we have hit the £4,000 target with four days to spare! Thank you! The funds will go a long way to helping Pantries all over the UK to bring communities together to do great things!
