Tomorrow is our Wythenshawe Support group The Dandelion Community - part of The United Reformed Church1pm – 2.45pm (2nd Tuesday of every month)

This month guest speaker is Alan from Groundwork Greater Manchester who will be speaking to attending about energy saving tips.

Also Daniel will be able to sign carers up with a FREE Carers Card UK account.

is a national day that aims to help unpaid carers understand and use their rights. This year, Carers Rights Day falls on Thursday 19th November, but there are free events happening across Manchester the whole week!

The Carers Manchester Network has created a programme of free relaxing breaks for unpaid carers in Manchester.

From local walks and wellbeing sessions, to cultural experiences and day trips – find something for you on our website (link in comments).

The Month of Hope is a chance for us to raise awareness of su***de and highlight the support available for anyone affected by it. Any bereavement is hard but losing someone to su***de can bring different challenges.

The Greater Manchester Bereavement Service can help to find support for anyone in Greater Manchester who has been bereaved or affected by a death, no matter how long ago.
