Self-Harm Support Group – You’re Not Alone

We warmly invite you to join our self-harm support group — a safe and understanding space where you can talk openly, feel listened to, and explore healthier ways to cope at your own pace. 💙

This online group is run by New Horizons Mental Health and Mental Health Matters Wales and offers a compassionate, non-judgemental environment where everyone is treated with kindness and respect.

Whether you feel ready to share your experiences or would simply prefer to listen, you will always be welcome here.

🚶‍♀️ Wellbeing Walks – June🚶‍♂️
Join us on Fridays in June for a gentle, sociable walk and some fresh air, at a relaxed pace and in good company.
These walks are open to people living with dementia and their carers, with time to chat and enjoy being outdoors together.
🗓️ Fridays: 5th, 12th, 16th, and 19th of June
⏰ 11am – 1pm
📍 Meet outside HALO, Bridgend
The walks are gentle and unhurried, and you’re welcome to join us for as much or as little as feels right.
