Can you support our Christmas Toy Appeal for local children and families in and the surrounding areas of the with WalesOnline this Christmas? 🎁🎄💝

None of the problems of the ‘cost of living’ crisis and poverty facing children and their families have gone away. Electricity bills are still rocketing, childcare is prohibitively high, the cost of a weekly shop seems to go up every week. 😔

This is the first year we're fortunate to be teaming up with WalesOnline and other charities for the Toy Appeal to make sure that children who otherwise wouldn't get gifts, will, and to ease the stress of parents and caregivers for whom this isn't a magical time but one full of stress and worry. 🫶🏼

We know how hard it can be for people to spare anything at this time of year, but if you can, we will make sure they go to bring a smile to some faces this Christmas. 🎅🏼

Matthew Rowlands, project manager at Noddfa, said the charity, in its 25th year, helps hundreds of people every week, he said: "Christmas is a big concern for people, how they can afford stuff, what they can pick up that is low cost."

"Toys, decorations, food, allowing the kids to have a fun Christmas and enjoyable time where they're not passing on the angst and dread. They know they will be limited with what they can get, but Christmas builds up so early now, so the pressure starts ramping up two months out.

"Straight away, as much as everyone tries to help each other out, there's a limited amount that can be done".

❄️ We cannot explain how much of a difference your generosity can make to local children and families.

⭐️ How to donate to the WalesOnline Toy Appeal:

All donations must be received by 3 December 2025 please. 🙏🏼
