We have been asked if our Jam is to be taking place tomorrow due to the Weather.

As it stands there is forecast for light rain, same forecast as today yet it is a bit drier then they predicted.

Keep an eye on our socials tomorrow for any changes in case.

Have you thought of volunteering for the Ukulele Project? Why not get in touch with a Ukulele Project near you.

For You Personally
❤️ Musical growth — Regular exposure to music-making, even in a support role, deepens your appreciation and understanding of music.
❤️ Skill-building — Gain experience in arts administration, event coordination, community engagement, or music education depending on your role.
❤️ Creative environment — Being around a creative, upbeat project keeps your own energy and enthusiasm high.
❤️ Portfolio & CV — Arts and community music experience is highly valued in education, social care, music, and charity sectors.

Social & Community
❤️ Be part of something joyful — The ukulele is uniquely accessible and uplifting; the atmosphere at sessions tends to be warm and inclusive.
❤️ Meet like-minded people — Connect with musicians, community workers, and people passionate about wellbeing through music.
❤️ Support vulnerable groups — Many community music projects work with older adults, people with disabilities, or those facing isolation — your contribution has real human impact.

Wider Impact
❤️ Promote music accessibility — The ukulele lowers barriers to music-making; volunteering helps keep that door open for more people.
❤️ Strengthen the local arts ecosystem — Volunteers are what allow small projects like this to grow and reach more communities.
