🚻🚽 TOILETS: We have also been informed that toilets on John Street are now closed for refurbishment. Nearest public toilets are located in Griffin Park (Other side of Aldi, quite a walk from bandstand) or in the harbour development area known as Cosy Corner.

🌦️🌞WEATHER: The forecast has stated that there will be showers on Saturday. Please bring appropriate clothing. If weather turns bad and we need to cancel keep your eye on the social pages.

Thanks to funds raised at the Pembrokeshire Uke-Ender, the Wales Ukulele Project is offering a 6 week beginner course starting Tuesday 8th September from 1pm to 2pm at Haverhub, Quay Street, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.

Ukuleles available for beginners for the 6 weekly lessons and practice at home.

Open to all ages and abilities.

Haverhub is wheelchair accessible. We’ll meet in a smaller room off the main reception / cafe and the team warmly welcome people with disabilities and
differences of all kinds. We do not, however, provide personal care.

More experienced players welcome to come along and help beginners and/or join what will be an ongoing daytime Ukes4All group in Haverfordwest.

Our final jam of the Summer is our postponed Porthcawl Jam. Come join us in 3 weeks at the Bandstand, John Street in Porthcawl. The Jam will start at 12pm.

Fantastic time at the Ukulele Festival of Great Britain. Meeting friends old and new.

Also a good chance to catch up with the other Ukulele Projects - Justine (South East Ukulele Project), Amanda (East Midlands Ukulele Project) and Tara (London Ukulele Project). Thanks also to Mer, Gia, Dave and Clair for volunteering.

A fantastic weekend had by all chatting about the Project and making new connections.

Must also remember to take more photos 😆
