Merry Christmas from Caerau Champs!
I just wanted to share with you what our little elves have been busy with the past few weeks!

🎁With the help of Maesteg Comprehensive School , 11:11 Beauty , Caerau Primary Staff, Kind Parent Donations & Cardo Contractors we provided over 65 children with gifts for Christmas

🦃Between the super kind donation from Caerau Market Garden and Welsh Gov we will be providing 26 Christmas dinner hampers to local families

🎅🏼We provided Tea, Coffee & Festive snacks in every Christmas Showcase free of charge

🎄We received a large amount of Christmas items donated to us which we decided to gift each child in the school with. Each class had a lucky dip box and children got to pick a festive item to take home.

😍Maesteg Tescos for providing a lovely bag of goodies!

🍪Poundland Bridgend for supplying lots of biscuits and treats to add into each gift hamper we provided

💚We provided a special visit from the Grinch

And it doesn’t stop there! In 2026 we will be paying for the transport for year1&2 to a Panto & we will be paying for an animal experience for year3&4

We wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year! Here’s to lots more exciting opportunities in 2026!

A big thank you to Everyone Deserves a Christmas 2025 for providing 5 of our families with the perfect Christmas dinner hamper!

Last year, I shared this to highlight the growth of Everyone Deserves a Christmas. It feels important to keep raising awareness of the campaign and the community effort behind it. 🎄❤️

Everyone Deserves a Christmas supports families across South Wales who may be struggling during the festive season. This year, around 1,500 hampers will be packed and delivered to families who need it most. A huge thank you to everyone who continues to support this much-needed campaign. ❤️

A Great big thank you to Caerau Market Garden for helping us provide 21 Christmas dinner hampers to our lovely families! Ensuring they have the ingredients to the perfect locally sourced Christmas dinner!
I know they are extremely grateful!

🎄 Winter & Christmas Community Food Support ⛄️

🥶 As the colder months settle in, we know that times can be a little tougher for some families.

🥕 While our usual veg boxes are locally grown during the season, we’re continuing to support our community this winter, and through Christmas, with food boxes containing vegetables and a protein source; Welsh produce but not locally sourced from Maesteg.

🙌 They’re here to help keep good food on the table during the colder months.

🍲 If you or someone you know could use a little extra help, please don’t hesitate to message this page, everything will be handled confidentially and with kindness, no questions asked.

💪 Let’s keep caring for one another this winter 🌱
