Fabulous outing at North Wales Gliding Club, thank you to them for hosting us, thank you to Rob for organising. Awesome evening, very informative, a few of us looking at going back for a test flight :)

How stunning is this photo?! 📸 Taken by one of our very own 1st Moss Scouts — we think they might have a future as a wildlife photographer! 🌟

Did you know that bees are responsible for pollinating around 75% of the world's food crops? Without them, our plates would look very different!

At 1st Moss, we love getting our young people connected with the natural world around them — and there are some brilliant ways Scouts, Cubs and Beavers can get involved this week:

🌻 Plant a bee-friendly patch — sunflowers, lavender and wildflowers are brilliant starters
🪵 Build a simple bug hotel or bee house
🔍 Go on a pollinator spotter walk in your garden or local green space
🍯 Find out where your local honey comes from and support a local beekeeper
📚 Learn why bees matter and share the knowledge!
