In this powerful message, Adnan Hmidan, Coordinator of the Red Ribbons Campaign, calls on the families of Palestinian women hostages to help bring their stories into the light.
Behind every name is a daughter, a mother, a sister, a life interrupted. Their stories deserve to be heard.
If your loved one is being held, share her story with us. We will translate it, amplify it, and take it to the world, demanding urgent action from the ICRC and the international community.
Silence protects abuse. Their stories can help protect them.

The ICRC has responded to the Red Ribbons Campaign.
Nearly two years after detention visits were suspended, the ICRC says it is continuing dialogue with the Israeli authorities and remains prepared to resume visits once its humanitarian conditions are met.
For thousands of Palestinian hostages and their families, time is not on their side.
We welcome the acknowledgment that this remains a priority—but is dialogue alone enough?
Read the ICRC's response and let us know your thoughts below.

Dr Mazen Rantisi dedicated his life to treating others. Today, his testimony sheds light on the conditions faced by Palestinian hostages inside Israeli prisons.
After more than a month in captivity, the 71-year-old physician describes severe overcrowding, medical neglect, degrading treatment, hunger and violence. His account is echoed by findings published by Israel's own Public Defender's Office, which documented worsening prison conditions, overcrowding, poor sanitation, inadequate medical care and repeated violence.
His story is not an isolated one.
Thousands of Palestinian hostages remain behind bars, many held without charge or trial, while families continue to wait for justice and freedom.
Read, share, and help ensure their voices are not silenced.
🎗️ Freedom for all Palestinian hostages.

The detainee speaks of depression, psychological stress, dirty water, poor food and a lack of medical care. The response? "This isn't a hotel."
No one in detention should be denied basic human dignity. Every allegation of abuse must be independently investigated, and all detainees must be treated in accordance with international law.

After months of pressure, the International Committee of the Red Cross has finally engaged with the Red Ribbons Campaign.

But a meeting is not enough.

As Adnan Hmidan explains, thousands of Palestinian detainees continue to be denied independent Red Cross visits. If the ICRC has the legal space to push for their return, it must do so without delay.

The pressure must continue until every Palestinian detainee is seen, protected, and free.

Watch, share, and help us keep demanding action.
