Palestine Play Projects We believe all children, irrespective of where they live, have the right to play safely and happily

A visit to Palestine made us realise just how difficult life is for children there. We wanted to do something to help, and just two days after our return to the UK we read a full page article in the Guardian about Playgrounds for Palestine, based in the States, run by the author Susan Abulhawa. When we asked how we could help they said would we consider setting up a UK branch - with some trepidati

On International Mental Health Week, we wanted to share a few ways play helps support the wellbeing of our mental health. Play is an endless source of positivity and an essential part of childhood. In places of chronic crisis and stress, like Palestine, it serves an even more urgent role as a release of some of that stress. Thank you for your support in helping us uphold Palestinian children’s right to play!
