Sharing time. Sharing food. Sharing stories.
Beauty and restorative treatments.
Creativity and movement.
Love, laughter, friendship and prayer. 🙏

No judgement. No pressure to explain. Just a warm, safe space where women can feel seen, supported and cared for.

Because sometimes healing isn’t about doing it alone. Sometimes it’s sitting around a table together, eating, talking, laughing, praying, having a treatment and remembering that there is still so much beauty and love in the world.

💗 A beautiful testimony from our ladies that attended the Healing Hub in Ramsgate

One of our ladies arrived for her restorative healing treatment feeling very anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted and disconnected from herself.

After her treatment, she told us she felt:

✨ Calmer
✨ More relaxed
✨ Cared for
✨ Hopeful

She rated herself 4/5 for relaxation, felt safe and comfortable during her treatment, and said the experience helped her feel more positively connected with herself and her body.

Most importantly, when we asked if there was anything we could have done differently to make her feel more comfortable or supported, her answer was simply:

“No.” 💗

And her beautiful words afterwards:

“Thank you for making me feel safe, sister x” 💗

She said yes to receiving another restorative healing treatment and yes to recommending the experience to another woman recovering from a difficult or traumatic period in her life.

This is why Your True Reflection CIC exists.

Our Healing Hub in Ramsgate is creating a gentle, safe and nurturing space where women can experience restorative touch, care, connection and, where requested, optional healing prayer.

Sometimes healing begins with simply feeling safe enough to receive care. 🙏💗

💜 HELP US CREATE MORE COMFORT BOXES 💜

At Your True Reflection, we would love to create more beautiful comfort boxes for women who are recovering from trauma, including domestic violence.

We are currently looking for donations of sanitary wear, wellbeing essentials, body creams and other self-care products to help us fill each box with a little comfort, dignity and love. 🎁💜

What a morning! 🚗💙

I’ve driven from Kent to Surrey and into London to collect an incredible £2,000+ worth of brand-new clothing that has been generously donated to Your True Reflection. 👖✨ thank you for having a beautiful heart to bless others ❤️

Beautiful jeans, jackets, denim shirts and gorgeous on-trend pieces for 2026 — all ready to be re-gifted with love to the women in our community groups who come to us for restorative healing following traumatic experiences, including domestic violence.

For us, healing is about so much more than a treatment. It’s about restoring confidence, dignity and connection — reminding women that they are seen, valued and worthy of being cared for. 💕

These clothes will be shared freely with our ladies, with all our love.

💜 CAN YOU HELP US RAISE £500? 💜

We have a really exciting goal at Your True Reflection CIC — to raise £500 to pay for the accreditation of our beauty training course for women.

Once accredited, we can use our skills and experience within the beauty industry to help women learn professional skills, rebuild confidence and create new opportunities for their future. This is step one for us to being able to be able to start supporting our ladies on the first step to financial independence 💜

So we’re having a big clear-out and heading to the Boot Fair in Margate! 👗👜👟

And we need your help.

If you have any good-quality clothes, handbags, shoes, trainers, jewellery, accessories or new/nearly-new items that you no longer need, please consider donating them to us.

💜 COMMUNITY SUPPORT IN CLIFTONVILLE 💜

Your True Reflection CIC popped into The Green Kitchen in Cliftonville today with a donation of 100 toothbrushes and toothpastes for our local community. 🪥✨

The Green Kitchen, founded by the wonderful Lucy Gray, is so much more than a community food project. It supports local families and people on lower incomes through affordable food, cookery and life skills, children’s activities, healthy eating and wellbeing — all while creating a place where people can connect and feel part of their community.

It was absolutely lovely to see Lucy and the team today and to see first-hand the heart they put into supporting people across Thanet.

We’re so pleased that our oral-care donations can go directly into the hands of local people who need them.

🎨 HELP US SHAPE OUR HEALING THROUGH ART PROJECT 💜

We’re asking our friends, supporters and local community to please share and complete our short survey.

💜 FREE SUPPORT FOR WOMEN – PLEASE SHARE 💜

Dear friends,

Your True Reflection is collaborating on a new project called Stretching Movement, designed to provide free support for women who need it most.

We want to support women who have experienced domestic abuse, trauma, mental health challenges or isolation, as well as those whose wellbeing has been affected by the cost-of-living crisis.

We are gathering even more confidential feedback to help demonstrate the need for this project as part of our grant funding application and to best shape the project for our community.

If successful, the funding will help us provide a full year of free services and support for women, removing cost as a barrier to accessing help. 🫶
