At Your True Reflection CIC, we believe healing happens together.

Sometimes a treatment is more than a treatment. Sometimes it’s a safe space to cry. A moment to breathe. A chance to feel cared for, supported, and understood.

When one of our ladies told us:

it reminded us exactly why this work matters.

💜 A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Volunteers 💜

At Your True Reflection CIC, healing happens because of people who choose to give their time, their kindness, and their hands in service to others.

A huge thank you to our incredible volunteer therapists who offer restorative healing touch therapy treatments to women across London and Kent.

Many of the women who come through our doors are carrying the weight of trauma, grief, stress, isolation, or life-changing circumstances. Sometimes what they need most is a safe space, a listening ear, and the opportunity to simply relax and be cared for.

Through gentle restorative touch, our volunteers help women reconnect with themselves, release tension, feel valued, and experience moments of peace. Sometimes there are tears. Sometimes there is laughter. Often there is a deep sense of relief as women realise they are not alone.

Your generosity creates more than treatments. It creates connection, community, hope, and healing.

💜 We Heal Together 💜

There is something incredibly powerful about being held in a safe space.

Not judged.Not rushed.Not expected to be “over it.”

Just held.

At Your True Reflection CIC, we often see women arrive carrying far more than anyone can see. Stress, grief, trauma, loneliness, exhaustion, fear and heartbreak all live within the body.

Sometimes during a treatment, emotions rise to the surface.

There may be tears.

But those tears are not weakness.

Often, they are a release.

A moment where the nervous system finally feels safe enough to let go.

A moment where the body realises it no longer has to stay in survival mode.

The power of restorative touch is not simply about relaxation.

It is about connection.

It is about feeling seen.

It is about feeling safe.

It is about being reminded that you matter.

Many of the women we support tell us they don’t just feel better after a treatment. They feel lighter. Calmer. More connected. Less alone.

Because healing was never meant to happen in isolation.

We heal through safe relationships.We heal through community.We heal through kindness.We heal through connection.

And sometimes, healing begins with somebody simply saying:

“You are safe here.”

Why did I set up Your True Reflection CIC?

Because I know what it feels like to lose yourself.

There was a time in my life when trauma, fear, and abuse left me feeling completely disconnected from who I was. Like many survivors, I spent my time trying to survive, trying to forget, rather than truly live.

As I began my own healing journey, I discovered something powerful: healing happens in safe friendships and relationships, supportive communities, and moments where we are reminded of our worth.

That is why I created Your True Reflection CIC.

Our mission is simple: to help people reconnect with their value, dignity, confidence, and hope.

In just 18 months, together we have:

✨ Provided over 400 restorative healing treatments
🎁 Regifted more than £50,000 worth of wellness products
💜 Supported vulnerable women across London and Kent
🤝 Built a community where people feel seen, heard, and valued

We are not just giving facials, wellness gifts, or workshops.

We are reminding people what safety feels like.
We are reminding people that healing is possible.
We are reminding people that their past does not define their future. we are healing, together 💜

Every treatment, every donated product, every volunteer hour, and every act of kindness helps someone see their true reflection again.
