Week 1 ratings are in ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The feedback from our children says it all. Hearing what they’ve enjoyed was a highlight for us today as we reflected on our first week of Summer Project 🌞

A huge thank you to every volunteer who gave their time this week. Your encouragement and energy helped create a week full of happy memories for our children 🥰

Eliot is one of the brilliant volunteers from who has joined us during week one of our Summer Project 🌞

Every single Sky volunteer has brought so much energy to the week and has thrown themselves into every activity. They’ve made such a difference to our children and to the whole team 🤩

We have one more group of Sky volunteers joining us in two weeks’ time, and we can’t wait to welcome them 🥰

We genuinely feel lucky to be partnering with an organisation like Sky. Thank you Eliot and colleagues for being part of our Summer Project!

Last week, one of our teenagers joined us for work experience 👨🏾‍💻

Organised and overseen by our wonderful Teenage Project Co-Lead, , J got stuck into the behind the scenes of our charity, supporting project planning and helping prepare for our Summer Project 🌞

J has been part of the Solidarity Sports family for almost six years, and it’s been incredible to watch him grow in confidence, develop new skills, and now give back in a completely different way.

Moments like these remind us what long-term support can achieve 🩵

11 DAYS TO GO 🥳🤩

Yesterday, we had our staff meeting to iron out the details of our Summer Project including activities, food, and fun surprises for our children 🥰

Rian and Terrell have been with us since they were children. As they’ve grown, they became wonderful volunteers and reliable staff members. They often refer to themselves as “part of the furniture” 😄

We are so excited work with each other in the team and see our children again 🩵

SUMMER PROJECT COUNTDOWN BEGINS 🌞🌻

In 2 weeks time, we will start our 2026 Summer Project, with 5 weeks of sports, arts & crafts, drama, and more with our children 🥰

In the last week, we will be delivering THREE projects at the same time, including two residential trips outside London 🌟

SNEAK PEAK: New Volunteer Induction Video 🫶🏽

Our wonderful partnership with continues to blossom 🌼

We loved welcoming Betty to our office last week. We showed her around our space and shared the incredible impact Clearspring snack donations have on our children 😋 They have been loving the Seaveg seaweed snacks and fruit puree pouches, especially after high energy sports and swimming sessions 🏊🏽🏀

We are thrilled to be receiving more snacks from Clearspring for our upcoming Summer Project starting in just 2 weeks time 🥳

“How did they get Pinnochio’s nose to grow every time he lied? That was my favourite part!” 🤩

“I thought Fiona’s voice was a recording and I was amazed when I saw she was really singing.” 🎶

A huge congratulations to tlc Estate Agents and on an incredible production of Shrek the Musical 🎭🩵

From the stunning set design and countless costume changes to the attention to detail and the amazing number of people from the local community involved, every part of the performance reflected an enormous amount of hard work and dedication. It was truly sensational!

A special thank you to Toby at TLC Estate Agents for our tickets – we had a fantastic evening and can’t wait for next year’s production 🥰

Over the weekend, some of our staff and volunteers had the chance to watch Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic 🎾✨

It was a real treat for our team, organised by and BNP Paribas 🫶🏽

We spent time together watching some fantastic matches and eating some delicious treats. It turned out to be a great team bonding day 🫂 Thank you so much to the Zara, Tracey and Emma from BNP Paribas and Sarah from The Hurlingham Club Foundation for the brilliant experience! 🥰
