We're CHIPS - Christian peacemakers living in the heart of conflict for over 60 years.

CHIPS teams work to build and rebuild relationships which have been broken by conflict, by undertaking practical projects serving all communities involved. The teams, drawn from all sides of the conflict, live, eat, pray and work together in the heart of the conflict area as a living example of God's peace in their communities.

Long term commitment matters for peace.

That’s why CHIPS is committed to working with communities for the long term.

In partnership with Seek Peace, CHIPS has spent time reflecting with the Konkomba and Nanumba communities on what has changed since CHIPS was invited to Northern Ghana in 2009. The work of peacemaking is not a fixed point, and there is still more work that can be done, but our focus groups point to the real world impact of CHIPS sustained commitment in Northern Ghana. These are contributing to the independent evaluation Seek Peace is undertaking of our Ghana project and we hope to share the results soon.

The CHIPS 2025/26 Impact Report is out now!

It was an exciting and busy year at CHIPS, with important peace work continuing in Northern Ghana and Brixton, London.

2026 is an especially exciting year, as CHIPS celebrates its 60th Anniversary.

We are thankful to all who have supported CHIPS around the world over the last 6 decades, and we look forward to a bright and peaceful future, guided by Jesus' example of peace and reconciliation.

Nearly a month later, we’re still reflecting on a powerful weekend of conversation, creativity, and community. From inspiring discussions to our Sip & Paint workshop, the conference created space for connection, reflection, and peacebuilding in everyday life. 🎨✨

CHIPS Youth Workers have been out in Angel Town and across Brixton — listening, supporting, and building relationships with young people in the community. 🤝

From conversations on estates to checking in with young people after school, every interaction matters. By being consistently present, we’re helping to create safer spaces, stronger connections, and opportunities for young people to feel heard and valued.

At CHIPS, we believe peace starts with relationships. 💙

We’re helping them feel mentally prepared, confident, and resilient for the next stage of their journey. At CHIPS, we’ll support our girls every step of the way so they know they can achieve anything they set their minds to.

Okay, yes… It’s January 😅
But this is our December 2025 wrap, and it needed one last shout.

❄️ Ice skating
🌮 Making our own chicken fajitas & rocky road at the chef’s table
🎄 Designing Christmas keyrings
🎶 And rounding it all off with our annual CHIPS Christmas Choir Night

Winter Fun was about more than activities; it was about creating space, warmth and connection when winter can feel long ❤️

We might be late posting…
But we’re right on time, carrying this energy into the new year.
