Our aim at Sutton Music Trust is to help every young person in the London Borough of Sutton to make, be inspired by and to celebrate the music they love. We are committed to making a difference to the lives of young people through music. We are a charity subsidiary of Cognus Limited, which delivers a wide range of services to pursue excellence in education settings and improve the lives of childre

We also support schools across the borough through our Whole Class Ensemble Teaching (WCET) curriculums, by leading in-school musical groups (e.g. bands and choirs), delivering in-school vocal and instrumental lessons, and providing curriculum support. Tuesday 15th September
🎷 5pm - 6pm - Sutton Youth Symphonic Band - Band for wind, brass and percussion players, Grades 4 - 5
🪈 6.15pm - 8.15pm - Sutton Youth Wind Orchestra - Band for wind, brass and percussion players, Grade 6+
🎤 5.15pm - 6.15pm - Supernova Singers - Fully inclusive choir for students with additional needs, aged 8 - 13

This is a FREE showcase, where students taking part in the Musical Theatre 4-day intensive will perform the material they have been learning over the week! You don't want to miss this dazzling performance of a variety of pieces from popular musicals 🎶

Local Young Musician Celebrates National Success with Original Composition 🎻

Oskar Baldyga, a Sutton Music Trust student, has been named a winner of the prestigious BBC Young Composer Competition 2025 in the Lower Junior category, earning the opportunity to have a new work performed by the BBC Concert Orchestra as part of this summer's BBC Proms.
