North Camp neighbours 🌿
A big thank you to one of the North Camp Clean Up Rangers who spent time litter-picking along the woodland edge by the army fence off Lynchford Road. The area is looking clean, tidy, and much better for everyone who walks through there.
This little stretch of woodland is home to local wildlife, squirrels, ducks, and even a family of deer, and it’s one of the few quiet green spaces we all get to enjoy right on our doorstep.
Sadly, litter keeps finding its way back into the area. A dropped bottle, food wrapper, or poo bag might seem small, but in woodland it can harm animals, pollute the ground, and spoil the space for others.
If you’re passing through, please help keep it looking its best:
🗑️ Take your litter home or use a bin outside that area
🚶 If you spot litter and can safely pick it up, every little helps
🌱 Respect the space, it belongs to the wildlife as much as it does to us
Keeping North Camp clean is a community effort, and together we can protect this woodland for the animals and for walkers. Thank you to everyone who does their bit 💚
