It's a great day today. Not just because we've had a fab start to the World Cup, but because the sun in the UK is making a gradual return and we're reminded that this wonderful song exists. 🥳

Looking for a fun World Cup themed song to try in your next assembly? 🏆

🌊 Mexican Wave is an easy echo song where each line is repeated and gradually lowers in pitch, making it quick for pupils to pick up.

You can turn it into a physical wave across rows or groups, so everyone is involved and moving together.

It is simple, structured and really effective when engagement is starting to dip.
