Citizens Advice Gateshead Gateshead charity helping to resolve peoples problems through advice and campaigning. Thank you for visiting the official Gateshead Advice Centre page.

This is where we share information about what we’re up to... and spend time talking to and listening to our community. We encourage open conversation, and would love to hear your views and experiences. The Gateshead Advice Centre helps people to resolve their problems. We are equipped to deal with any issue, from anyone, spanning debt, welfare benefits and employment to consumer and housing plus

everything in between. If you would like to contact us directly you can do this using the following options:

By telephone on 0344 245 1288, Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm. Email: [email protected]
Or attend the drop in service at the bureau. The opening hours are as follows:

Monday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
